I’ve been with Chase for over five years recently with no incidents til last month. I had a bank lien against me from 10/15 years ago from some other bank and Chase froze my account and then the bank seize my funds in which chase let them without giving me any documentation of proof pretty much siding with the other bank. the other bank, then lifted the lean from my account and stole the money out of my checking and savings account without Chase give me any documentation on what’s going on! To me that stealing and fraud scam whatever you wanna call it I would not do business with Chase ever again!!!
I would probably go to like Navy Federal credit Union if you can become a member ! Thank you and I hope this helps you out if you’re deciding to choose a reliable and trustworthy bank!

This banks atm sucks, they have 3 atms and they are always down and only have one open. Every time I come it’s the same problem. Also the line is like 15 cars long because of this. They should keep their arms working and up to date.

Horrible service. As long as I have to wait every time I come here you should provide seating, especially for the elderly since you FORCE everyone to come inside!

The bank sucks ass they are very controlling with your funds the security on the bank is way overbearing they even ask me questions like where am I spending my money and with whom and all this stuff and it's really none of their business

On Saturday, August 24, 2024, I went to Chase Branch to deposit three checks. I give Paula the teller my checks and my driver's license to be deposited. She completed my transaction. I left the bank without realizing she kept my license. I went back to get it, she said she I did not give her my license. I talk to a manager. who lied to me about Paula was not the person that had my license. She claimed it was another customer who was behind. That was a lie. Paula had my license for 3 to 4 days. I wonder what she did with my license. I am going to report this as a thief. I will never go to that branch again!

NO ATM IN THE PARKING WORKS. BRANCH DOES NOT CONSIDER EXTENDED HOURS FOR THE ONES THAT COME FROM WORK AND NEED TO CASH OUR CHECKS. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD MANAGEMENT...THE RESULT.....3 STARS GOOGLE REVIEWS. OBVIOUSLY SOMEONE IS NOT DOING THE JOB.....SHAME ON YOU

I had a company check from Chase and it was verified with a phone call to the company that the check was legitimate. For whatever reason, I could not cash it. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE. The check and money from which the check was written from was a Chase account. This is the first check I received from Hurricane Beryl and needed it to get food and pay my typical monthly expenses. I had to go to a PLS Check Cashiers and pay close to $145 to cash the check rather than the Chase $10 fee and my two forms of ID.
I do not have a Chase account and will NEVER bank with them. Awful service in the time of need, completely UNACCEPTABLE.

Every time I go in this location is just a waste of time this location have 3 drive tru atm that either you can withdraw or deposit out of 3 only 1 is functional and everytime I go and wanna use this location its either it cannot dispense cash or accept cash,
I swear the next time i come Ill take a picture for reference purposes.
Just to prove my point that its a waste of time

I went in around 3:43 yesterday Tuesday afternoon. I was informed by Raquel I wouldn’t be seen today so I had to schedule an appointment all the way for Saturday. When I wanted to schedule an appointment she later told me there was no appointment weren’t need just walk-ins We’re available. She didn’t seem professional and It seemed like she didn’t know what to do maybe she needs to be trained.

Workers here are kind and helpful. I heard someone being rude to a lady, but she was calm and professional. The client complained for short of personnel just to drop a paycheck. Sir, use one of those ATM!
