I'm very pleased with the CHASE bank. People are friendly and helpful. I like the way they take your deposits and credit your account without waiting days and days.

Let's cut to the Chase. Bank, that is. This is a lovely little Chase location located right on Kirby and they do a good job. They didn't do a great job during the pandemic when we needed some help with our account, but generally speaking they are a good location and we appreciate them.

After this most recent visit here, I am never stepping foot in here again, not to do business (was considering adding a chase account), not to go to the loo, NOTHING! I usually only come here bc my cousin has to deposit a check or something like that. This is just a standard chase bank with all the familiar features like bank tellers, a drive they, atm, blah blah blah. The three times that I have come in I noticed some things that are very peculiar. 1. The men's bathroom seems to clog often, and there is only one available. Really, I think a plumber is in desperate need, but I guess they settled for a plunger. 2. The staff here is very friendly and the only reason for the 1 Star, otherwise I'd give 0. However I must question that after an employee asked why I took pictures and treated me with suspicion. Ok I guess I can understand that considering I was taking a pic of the safe deposit box(explanation below), but really, it's not as if I was going to send this to some robber. 3. The vault with the safe deposit boxes is EXPOSED to the public. That's right, it's always open with only a sad glass door (with a security code, hopefully) blocking the public access. Really? Is this a norm for banks to do that? I've been inside one other Chase bank and their vault is blocked from view. This isn't just careless, it's DANGEROUS. In more ways than one too. This could just be me though. Too bad I don't have the picture, since the "friendly" staff made me delete it. This place is just a robbery waiting to happen. I don't plan on doing anymore of my business here, money-wise or whatever! The only reason I will come back is bc of my cousin's business. P.S. if anyone has been to another bank that leaves the deposit box open please let me know.

This branch is cool. It's right down the street from the gym, so it's easy for me to go here before my workout. I've only been inside once. The staff was friendly, but I have never encountered a rude teller , so that's not really that surprising. The parking lot is small but it accommodates the amount of traffic that the bank gets. There is a drive up teller in the back and only one drive up ATM. Most of the time there isn't a line. But there are times in the morning when maybe 2 or 3 cars are at the ATM. It's just a regular chase branch. Nothing too special.
