The Older man with glasses working the night shift after my husband paid for his cigarettes. He decided to buy a fruit cup and since he had things in his hand in front of the clerk he put the cup in his side pocket to get out his money. The man jumped from behind the counter and threatened to kill my husband. There was no stealing at all. So the man who worked there took A BAT AND HIT HIM IN THE ARM WHICH NOW IS ON A SLING AMD HE CAN NOT ISE IT NOR GO TO WORK. AND THEN GOT HIT AGAIN IN The LEG WHICH ALSO IS IN A SLING AND HES IN BED AND CANT WALK. I HAVE MULTIPLE PHOTOS OF The HUGE PURPLE BRUISES. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND I WILL BE FILING A SUITE AGAINST CHEVRON AND PRESS CHARGES ON THAT INDIAN MAN. IF I CAN POST THE PICS I WILL. PLEASE EXPRESS IF THIS IS ACCEPTABLE BY AN EMPLOYEE? HE DID NOT STEAL NOTHING. !!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THE CHEVRON . I NEED HELP ON WHAT TO DO THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE BY ANY PERSON WORKING Any STORE!! PLEASE GIVE FEED BACK TO ME. WE NEED HELP.
