I just stopped by for gas, and the cashier was mad very much because I confused one of my rewards numbers. He didn't want to help me correct it. He told me that he wasn't going to do the transaction again. What bothered me the most was his attitude.
People like these who have no empathy to deal with people should not work in customer service, they damage the reputation of the place and people stop coming.
Definitely, I'll not come anymore to this place

Cashier is horrible and mean don't go here if you wanted to be treated with respect. Everyone is correct in previous reviews. He doesn't deserve your money.

After telling cashier to have a blessed day, on the way out the door he yelled that I thought they were trash and that’s why I said to have a blessed day. Hopefully he has a better day.

So I decided to go to this gas station at night to just go to the restroom and get a drink and the door was locked while I was entering in probably to prevent homeless people from going insane inside the store since I did see a broken window upon arrival but the cashier letted us in and I just went to the restroom and I was thinking about getting something here but once I was looking at the McDonald's for a little the two employees working at the time where pretty rude, and honestly I think they could have said it more nicely than what they said to me and then after that the employee locked up the door obviously to prevent homeless people walking in. I feel like leaving a two-star but I feel like a one star would be better for this place, hopefully in the future this place will be better but for now it is an absolute train wreck and I would recommend you go to the other gas stations near it honestly. ?

Woman at the window is complete trash! I asked her if I can substitute my order for something else. She rude with a major attitude said NO WE CAIN’T. Like she saying she don’t give a fut its not her problem! 1.6 star rating on here 1 or less is more accurate 0 stars! McDonald’s needs to not hire people like this. Thanks.

Eduardo the cashier on 04/26/23 around 7-8 pm that day, had a really nasty attitude at the fact it was time to checkout and he mentioned a toy my daughter had that i was willingly to pay for along with my fountain drink. He made a smart remark “don’t worry about it this time but I don’t like liars” all bc my daughter had a toy and walked off with the toy and I brought up a similar toy that was the same price as the toy my daughter had and he argued me down in front of 5 customers behind me and told me to hurry up and pay for my items bc he was in a rush to checkout the other customers and called me a liar for recalling back exactly what he said to me. Racially profiled at this store and wouldn’t ever spend my money here again!

The place is filthy and the guy behind the counter is rude and he smells worse than the bathroom does. They have a plain clothes security guard that locks and unlocks the door for everyone coming and going and I saw them kick a man out of the restroom and threaten to call the cops so the worker next door could use the restroom. 10 pumps with a McDonald’s joined with ONE DIRTY BATHROOM. It’s rediculous

The guy (cashier) has horrible customer service. Today was my second interaction with him...rude as ever. Even the lady behind me made a comment about his rudeness.

It's a ugly and bad service.if u have CREDIT CARD NEVER..NEVER STOP HERE..BECAUSE THE GAS PUMP IT'S NOT NOT WORKING..U NEED GO INSIDE MAKE A LINE.WAITING AND WAITING..IS EXTREMELY BAD STORE..
