Very bad service please look at camera from 8:30 pm to 9 pm we’d night and see how this cashier treated me trying to buy 2 sprite he said 6 dollars o asked him if on special with rude voice he said no and grabbed it from his side and start talking to the guy behind me and I was going to buy other stuff with rude way talking bad to be he still acting very like I don’t exist if he’s tired we all tired and work hard we need to get someone else for this job cause customer service is important

*Disappointing Experience at [Mr.Express /Chevron ]*
I've had multiple frustrating encounters with the overnight clerk at [Location]. Unfortunately, their customer service skills are severely lacking.
Last year, my phone was stolen from this location, and when I returned to inquire about my lost property, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful attitude. The clerk told me I should have stayed at work, implying it was my fault.
Additionally, I've noticed:
- The location is not 24 hours, contrary to what I expected.
- Exorbitant taxes are added to items.
This morning, I lost my license at the location and received the same uncooperative attitude from the clerk.
Due to these repeated negative experiences, I've decided to take my business elsewhere.
*Rating:* 1/5 stars
*Recommendation:* Improve customer service training for staff, especially overnight clerks.

Super terrible what the guy at the checkout did when my daughter asked for a bag because she had bought two items that she was taking to school this morning and he told her that he would not give her a bag for two items.

Over charge all the time. I'm sure they get away with it all the time. I got 2 chips and 2 gatorades that was 10. I wanted to get 2 mini candy bags and the total was 20. When I asked how much it was nothing was adding up. Such a scam, always rude and fighting with customers every time I come in.

Only thing to get here is the gas, having to deal with the clerk who never gave me a good experience going there to get simple snacks, he alone makes me just want to go to the gas station down the road, so thank you to the clerk who will never recive service from me

Gas pump was broken and leaking and they would not refund me anything it 50cents . Absolutely horrible service and rude managers. Rip off and terrible
