On Monday Oct 9 2023 around 6:30 pm I bought lottery tickets with 5 dollar in cash and 2 dollar in change I had in my car. As soon as I handed him the change he got all frustrated. I told him it's not a big deal. He then told me it wastes his time. I told him I wont be coming there no more and he told me "Good. Thank you" I told him f you, and he tried challenging me to a fight. Another time a different worker more fat face, shoot the scanner gun directly in my eye causing my vision to worsen and made me have to pay for new eye exam and glasses. I do deliveries and have spent hundreds if not close to a thousand dollars in gas there now I will be taking my business across the street to Shell.

I came in on Tuesday around 3:40 for gas and a soda. As i was counting my money i accidentally spilled my soda. I offered to clean it myself then said I was sorry then the clerks said "sorry doesn't cut it, sorry is just a silly word. Take your money and don't come back". They also didn't let me have the rest of my money they already pulled behind the counter. I was very embarrassed at my clumsiness but also taken aback by how outrageously rude the clerks were and the fact that they didn't let me leave with all my money. Wouldn't recommend. So fair warning: don't have any accidents and then offer to clean it up yourself or you'll get rudely banned.

PLEASE avoid using the gas pumps at this location! One or more of the pumps at this location has been compromised with skimmer technology! The information from my husband's gas card was skimmed here at some point prior to January 25, 2017, and that information was used to create a "cloned" card, which someone used on January 25 to make two fraudulent purchases of $125 (at Sam's Chevron at Uvalde and Woodforest in Houston) and $94.81 (at PAK Petroleum MA in Crosby). I was made aware of the fraudulent charges because of a SynchronyFraud Alert/Chevron text message alert. I replied N to indicate that NO, these were not valid charges. Instead of following up with the Synchrony Bank Fraud Prevention department, I called the telephone number for customer service listed on the back of our gas cards, which turned out to be a mistake because the customer service representative with whom I spoke wasn't a fraud department customer service representative. He was able to tell me where the fraudulent purchases were made, but I don't recall him telling me which of our cards was used (in the form of a cloned card) to make said fraudulent charges (which I learned by the next billing statement was my husband's card). He informed me that the charges would be reported as fraudulent, but I didn't learn until today (almost three months later) that he incorrectly reported the charges as disputed instead of fraudulent. We received three replacement cards, but, ironically (and I didn't learn this until today), my husband's "replacement" card (the one affected) was just a "copy" of the one that had been skimmed/cloned. I received ANOTHER SynchronyFraud Alerts/Chevron message asking if a charge of $125 for 18Mar (March 18) was valid. This time, when I replied with N (for NO, the charge was NOT valid), I called the Synchrony Bank Fraud Prevention number in the text alert message, and I was able to speak with a COMPETENT customer service representative--a FRAUD PREVENTION customer service representative--who caught the previous customer service representative's mistakes (disputing the charges instead of reporting them as fraudulent, not deactivating the compromised card, and only sending a "copy" of the compromised card)--informed me that the card affected this time was my husband's card (again). She explained to me that the information that had been "unique" to his original gas card (the information contained in the magnetic strip on the back of his card) had NOT--for some unknown reason--been changed and, consequently, the original cloned card would still be able to work ... which it DID again TODAY, only this time at Star Stop #2 on Federal Road near Highway 90). She DEACTIVATED my husband's card so that if anyone tried to use the cloned card again, it shouldn't work! My husband's next replacement card should be a TRUE replacement card. We still need to speak with the manager of the Chevron store (at 15505 Wallisville Rd.) and inform him/her that there's skimming technology in one or more of their gas pumps. For now, please steer clear of this location.

Do not put gas here or give this place your business! I put gas here at pump #1 today and when I started to pump, the hose started leaking all over my shoes and the ground! That's when I noticed there was clear packing tape wrapped around the hose where it was leaking! Like wtf. Literally no gas went into my tank and just leaked all over the ground. The clerks were obviously aware because they tried to fix it with tape. I went inside to go tell them to shut off that pump and to ask tor my money back since none of that gas went into my tank. It was only $3.50 but the clerk was so rude and refused. He got loud and said he had no idea the pump was leaking and claimed he didn't put the tape on it blah blah. Then he dared to tell me I was lying. I instantly reported them to th TEA because of how dangerous it was! They clearly would rather just tape the pump instead of shutting it down until it could be fixed. Terrible customer service! And breaking the law for profit smh
