Very disgusting ppl no empathy for little kids I have a 1-3 year old child I come in to get money out the bank everyday they pressed me about a item my kid open that I put back in tried to steal money from me without giving me the product when I confronted them about being petty over a dollar candy a mentos to be exact now I can’t come back n into the store because kids are basically being kids it’s not that serious in its a child a 1 year old who barleys understand I pray that god shuts they store down because picking on children is not the answer in tried to take my moneys without giving me the product that they would mark down for damage goods I would be evil if I sat in destroyed all the merchandise in that store I tried to pay them just to shut them up but I don’t have to do that the candy is worth 1$ all of that over a dollar must be going bank rupt all
Of this drama over a mentos I never let them take anything out of the store in if they do I return it ppl now in days so money hungry they don’t even have god in they hearts or don’t even love the little joys of the world most of the time my kids receive free candy because they kids these ppl are evil in don’t deserve a damn should be ashamed for picking on little kids

I waited 10 minutes because the owner himself told they were counting the money. I waited the time because I needed fuel just for him to tell to wait another 15 after I saw him let people go in and make purchases with cash only and he was selling Alcohol after hours. He was also using the homeless people to restock the store under his own benefit. Unacceptable I just need an essential item.

It's 2 am and That Guy wouldn't sell me a Dr.pepper..! What the Hell..?A girl come up behind me and asked for a Bottle of Water, and what do you think he said to her... Same thing he told me... I'm calling B.S..! And I'm tellin his boss in the morning..!

Do not shop at this Chevron gas station on Durham and 28th street. Address is 733 North Loop Freeway Service Rd Houston, Texas 77008. Today my son was having trouble with his car. He and his wife pulled into what they thought was a safe place to stop. The cashier was very rude and wanted my son to move a car that would not start. I had a wrecker on the way to tow his car, have my receipts from AAA to show the car was towed. My husband and I arrived, let me tell you Mr. Hale put him in his place and the conversations and threats were over. I did not mentioned that it was pouring down rain. He keep saying the gas station was private property. Maybe he did not understand in this Country we pull over to a safe place when you are having car trouble. This is only the beginning. Using Star Stop car wash. It took rear wiper out (the back of the VW Atlas). Cashier said they are not responsible for damage cause there were instructions about using the machine. After went back to read again still can't find instruction about how to protect rear wiper.

Small gas station, no shortage on beggars outside the bussiness. If you pay at the pump, you should avoid any down-on-their luckers...less they are really beg desperate...sorry but they are all that stands out about this particular gas station.

Always a clean store. The staff is very friendly. The gas is about the same as the average cost in Houston. The Star Stop store has a good variety of products, lotto tickets, etc. They have coffee, fountain drinks, ice cream, chips, candy, drinks, snacks, I.e. Great place for a quick stop off 610.
