Quick, convenient, well-maintained, and competitive pricing. The bonus for me is that, unlike the stations at nearby corners, this one does not blast ads at me while I pump my gas. I can pump in peace, be aware of my environment, and think my own thoughts. I've been going to this station for over 20 years.

Well-maintained local gas station. Since two of the other three corners also have gas stations, prices here are competitive.
