Chico's Off The Rack offers quality clothing and great prices, with wonderful prizes and clothing options. The store is a brick and mortar location with helpful and knowledgeable staff. However, the store is quite dusty. Cleaning can stir up dust, and there can be a significant amount of dirt in the dressing rooms on the walls, mirrors, and ceilings. Some find the clothing not scandalous enough, but if you find good stuff, the price is usually not too bad.
Customer Service here is THE BEST! Elizabeth assisted me with purchase of a particular denim shirt. Good customer service is important to me and she provided excellent service.
