No customer service whatsoever. The store is virtually empty and no one has offered to assist myself or my mother. No one has come so far to even approach us other than to hang up a clothing item.

I like this clean and well stocked store and I love the clothing. The workers are usually helpful and once in a while a snooty lady is working here or someone is having an off day. But no one is perfect. For the most part they are helpful, considerate and don't make you feel bad if you're just looking. My son took back a pair of pants, to exchange for me today, and he says the ladies were very nice. He said two ladies asked him if they could help him. I appreciate that they did the exchange and had the item shipped to my home since the size is out of stock in the store. My son is kind to all. I never wish for him to be put in an awkward situation so thank you bunches for taking care of him. God Bless.
