I have shopped at this location for about 6 years and can’t say enough about the customer service I always receive here by all the sales ladies. They are always so welcoming and friendly, which makes it a joy to shop there.

The best Chicos in North Houston because of the larger space, more inventory, and gracious staff. Plenty of parking & clean dressing rooms.

This review is for Chicos located at Champions Forest Plaza. There’s a woman that is in charge of the customer service, don’t know her name but she wears glasses with a strong accent, when I arrived she was talking with a customer about a refund in a very rude way, zero good customer service. It took my attention cause she was loud and rude with the other lady. Then I was looking around with my son and suddenly she told me to pick him up cause they were responsible in case he falls down! And again very rude and zero touch to treat a customer. I told her that I was taking care of my son (I was next to him the whole time), I guess she doesn’t like kids?! Anyways, another person was in charge to give me my purchase which I can’t complaint: good customer service and attitude too.
I suggest to talk to this woman with glasses cause the way she treats customers aren’t the best.

I am very unhappy at how they treated a return experience. I phoned ahead to ask if a gift card was refundable after a birthday party got canceled. They told me to come right in. Unfortunately I wasted an hour finding out that they would not refund it at all

Chicos once was my go to store, but the quality has slipped dramatically while prices increased exponentially. Tee shirts get holes in the front at your waistband, and shrink. I don’t see the quality anymore for the price.

Poor customer service. I was carrying 4 pieces and no one offered to get a fitting room started for me. An older lady was in the store as well and dropped a few pieces and no employee offered her a fitting room or helped her.

Did not have in stock what I was looking for told me to check back did not offer to notify me when Item comes in...one of the sales person was so loud on phone and when speaking to you she needed to turn down the volume
