And I sit back and look the only help a lot of white people and Hispanics if you a black you don't get no kind of good service at all none at all you getI came here to apply to get help for type of food stamps and every time is always a different story and today I came to get help she said it going to take a long time so it best for me to go down into the food stamp office what is the purpose of her being here to help people apply for food stamps if you going to tell me it's going to take a long time to go to the food stamp office what good are you being here

This place needs to be SHUTDOWN!!!! Horrible staffing the white lady at the front desk is rude just like the rest of them specially a hispanic staff named Juanita , if you need help please be aware of the people you will be dealing with they act like the money is theirs , they hardly wanna help you , and when do help you they look at you weird like if the money was coming out of their pockets smh they just make you feel uncomfortable.

BAD SERVICE!! the elder lady at the front desk located on the 3rd floor had a foul attitude - I mean i felt as if interrupted her day and caught attitude with me. I was called to go pick up something- They offer to mail it out- I regret volunteering to pick it up.. Should of had them mail it out that lady is elderly lady is diabolical for a Christiaan Center- plus traffic is bad

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! the elder lady at the front desk located on the 3rd floor is in SERIOUS need of training or should be terminated. I was ignored, giving an attitude and was yelled at through the intercom. This is a Christian community service center?! What a joke.

No matter how many times I’ve called, they don’t pick up. It goes straight to that same message and continuously rings. I called at 9:00 then 9:50 then again at 10:00 and right now I’m still calling at 10:25 am. To think a place like this provides hope but getting a hold of them is hopeless and very difficult when you’re at risk of not having a home. I give up.
