Chau at Ciao Salon has been cutting my hair for over 10 years and she’s amazing. She just gets it — I can walk in with an idea and she somehow makes it look even better than I imagined. Over the years I’ve sent more than 10 friends and family members to her, and now they’re all loyal customers too. That’s how good she is.
The salon itself is bright, clean, and super welcoming, so it’s always a nice experience from start to finish. Chau is talented, consistent, and genuinely cares about making sure you leave happy every single time. I wouldn’t trust my hair with anyone else.

Ciao and Amands have been doing my hair for 25 years. Through cancer, baldness and hair thinning she has helped me have my best hair. I get compliments all the time!

Awesome Salon! Chau cuts me, my wife + color, my 14yo son, my mother in law + color and anyone else who asks. She’s also just a really cool person. Amanda apparently rocks the coloring.

My first cut with Chau - she spent a lot of time asking me about the photo I brought. She explained how to style the photo. THEN an excellent shampoo and she deep conditioned my hair under the dryer for 5 minutes- who does that? The cut is so precise and easy to style. I really love this haircut and look forward to the next one. Chau is generous and the salon is a perfect fit in our Montrose neighborhood! Thanks Chau.

Easy parking on a Wednesday afternoon. I got the haircut I wanted at a reasonable price. Stylist really listened to what I wanted and made sure I liked it at the end. She even offered to add more layers if I wanted at a later date if I got home and decided he wasn't enough. There was also a deep conditioning treatment that I wasn't expecting (included in the price of the cut) which made the total experience a little under 2 hours but it was worth it. The only thing I didn't like was the way she combed my wet hair. I have bleached/processed hair so I wish she would've combed gently from the bottom but she started at the top and was a little rough. But I only get my hair cut twice a year so I'd still go back!
