The staff is really cool the people who work there especially the guys but the store needs to be fixed up because sometimes there's a lot of damages to like the drinking machine or other things like that.

I stop there almost every day if I can talk to the owner I say this. You got an employee name Jay he is a gold employee very nice , kind and and it’s plesure to purchase from your store. But you have another female Africa American employee that is extremely rude and pushy. She is the reason I don’t shop there get ride of her before drive all your customer away.

the gas station has clean restrooms inside however do not come here at night they have a homeless problem. drinks are awesome

I just walked up to the front is the store and noticed the employee darted to the baxk and door was locked. I knocked a few times but they never opened the door. Next time put up a sign.

We have always had a positive experience when we have been shopping here. Ask for the clerk named Jay as he is super friendly, very helpful and ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make his customers feel welcome and happy! To whom it may concern; Jay Absolutely deserves a Raise!!! Every place should be so lucky to have an employee as exemplary as Jay.

The lady working this location at 13197 bell air at 5:12 on November 5th was extremely rude . I was trying to let her know that the cherry pepsi was actually strawberry Fanta and she rudely stoped me from taking and said the machine was out . I tried to say I'm was just telling you it's not cherry Pepsi but she interrupted me again and proceeded to say no I'm just telling you. I will never be a customer at this location again

Terrible management..very unprofessional and ghetto. The store manager never does her hair and she smells she also never wears a uniform. I don't understand how someone with a attitude like this can remain in her position. She's tasteless and classless. Yall pray for Ms.Jamesha
