First off the pump I stopped at didn't work at all so I had to go inside while I was in a rush .. second they said my fuel card was expired when I used it the other day literally and when I asked for a new one they never have any like usual. Third no receipts at pumps it didn't even give me the option to answer for one either smh.. this is one of the most downhill locations I've stopped at . They need to keep up with everything but then again there's lots of place similar that just don't care anymore ..

I go in this store almost everyday to get a cup of ice, due to my pregnancy craving the nugget ice.
I always grab an extra cup just to give my 2 year old daughter some of my ice, she likes it too, I went in this morning and the older lady was rude and decided she was going to charge me extra for the empty cup I grabbed for my daughter. What a disappointment 😞..

I hope the new lady being trained sticks around because she is very sweet. The lady training her is an older black woman who is very very unfriendly and rude. I still left them both $5 tips for letting me play scratch offs there for a few hours. That older lady is straight up customer repellent though.

I love all the options available at this station, however, that piercing noise the door makes is worse than anything I can take. People hold their ears to not hear it.
I can't imagine how it is for the poor employees who work there. I'd give a 5 star if I didn't have to hear that. I'll be back when it is changed.

Your pump has overcharged me on 12/31/2023 at 3:55pm, credit card *5005 ($32.31 instead of $15.31). Probably for the "car wash" I've declined twice at the terminal. No receipt was printed (Do you you safe $$ on checks paper?).

Used to be pleasurable. Went there on 10-7 an employee (shanekka) was on her cell phone at the end of an isle. Speaking loud on a personal call. All the while the other cashier had a line to the door. When she finally came to help...still on the phone. She was rude pushy and on organized. Very poor customer service. Call the store and I was told I would have to call corporate with my complaint.
