The african American cashier was rude to the clients, the was two guys scanning their stuff she came over and took their stuff and scanned herself, after they pay I head them ask for the receipt, and she told them to hold on, she started scanning another guy stuff and gave him his receipt, then the other 2 guys ask why she gave the receipt to the other guy so easily, and se responded ( so you can see how you have to wait and get your stuff). She was been so rude I decide to go somewhere else cause I didn't wanna deal with the attitude..she was in a mood.

I saw a previous review where an African American woman was rude and thought to myself they CLEARLY haven’t spoken to the employee because it HAS to be the same exact woman. She’s nasty! Has a condescending tone while clearly being uneducated. Customer service is literally in the job description. Do better.

Yesterday I was at this location getting gas and a slushy, It was a African American woman with dreads that was very disrespectful towards me, As I proceeded to walk up to the counter she made a slick comment about my slushy, She proceeded to say “ She said people fill their slushy up too high” My slushy accidentally made a spill and she was very negative towards me saying “I needed to clean up my mess “ , My card chip wasn’t working properly and she didn’t want to even help I sent my daughter in to use Apple Pay and tried to tell the manager about what happened but she didn’t even bother to say anything to the worker I walked back in and she proceeded to say very loudly “ you need to clean up your mess “ I’m not a child and wasn’t happy about how she was talking to me she has a very negative attitude and evil spirit if she doesn’t want to serve the public correctly she shouldn’t be working period !

I've been coming to Circle K for quick purchases every week. Great customer service from every staff member. But today at 8:15pm, I experienced horrible service from an African American employee. She was very dismissive, didn't want to assist me, and pointed at the self check out with attitude. If you don't like to work or deal with customers, go be your own boss. Tired of people who don't want to work, and think people won't speak up.

this store is the worse do not let ur kids go here alone . they sell beer liquor and cigarettes to kids . my adult son seen teens buy beer and vapes here . i hope you workers get caught !

FALSE advertising on cash price gas. Pay cash or CC it’s still the same price. The attendant states the cash card no longer working.

I've been calling the 1-800 324-8464 # to express my concerns and no one has reached out to me smh! On Friday, July 7th at around 2/2:13pm I felt pondered off to the machine (self check out)! First off I do not work for the store so why would I want to check myself out and not get paid?! 2. the manager, and another employee were there and weren't doing anything. I mean no restocking no cleaning. oh, they were doing something they were talking amongst themselves. Now I would like to say the young man was going to help however, the manager yes and manager grabbed my stuff to place it on the self checkout for me to help myself on that machine, which I've already had my stuff on top of the counter to check out and was talking to the young man that was there at the time. However, she said that I can check my own self out here, she proceeded to scan my items and that was not what I needed help with. I told the young man that I had a discount card and that I wanted to use it. I didn't know how to use it on that machine she did not help with that matter although she knew and it frustrated me so much as I have two young little girls and in these days you cannot keep your eyes off of them for too long before someone try's to walk away with them so instead of me hassling with a machine she could've helped me or let the young man continue to help me check out. I will continue to post reviews as this was very annoying on her part. Oh as a manager, you are poor in customer service and I do not know how you were approved to be a manager status you have been rude to me before and I have not said anything about that until now your attitude is flat out disrespectful for being a manager. I am a human being just as you, I bleed just as you, I feel just as you feel and I don't know why you think you can treat someone this way, but I'm pretty sure that I'm not the only one that feels that way because I'm sure theirs others that you treated poorly. Circle K I sincerely hope that you all place a new manager at that store because Ms.Torrez is not representing your store very well.
