There are inexpensive items, such as clothing, shoes, accessories, household supplies, etc. I didn't find many things I liked though.

They don't have a good selection of shirts for men. Shirts are too similar and are geared towards 15-20 year olds.

This place has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I hate making reviews like this, but again I have to warn people where to spend their money.When I entered the building no one greeted me, it was one older lady behind the counter, and one on the floor. I spoke first, I then found what I came in for. I wanted to try on what I found, so I politely asked for a fitting room. The response and attitude I received from the lady on the floor was so bad, “ No you can’t because they’re closed”. I did try to slip the scrub bottoms on over my shorts to see if they fit, but she had been watching me anyways. She goes, “Ma’am you can’t try clothes on”. At this point I’m just ready to go, I grab what I had and proceeded to check out. Usually in retail the cashier ask you have you found anything you were looking for, when I tell you it was dead silence. She rings my scrub set up, and THEN proceeds to tell me, “ You can’t mix two different sizes”, I already KNEW that they weren’t different sizes, and reassured her that they weren’t different sizes. She then back tracks (not even listening to what I said) after I paid and says “Oh, they are the same sizes”. I just asked for a refund. Yes, right after I put paid because I refuse to spend my money with businesses that don’t value me as a customer. Don’t shop here!!!!

Not to be confused with Sh**ty Trends which really aren't very good. I'm not sure why there's no reviews for this Citi Trends but it may be because Palais Royal was here, and closed down not too long ago and was replaced by this. But it deserves a review, we've been in here twice now and they're worth a trip, they have a good selection and some pretty good deals, but at the same time it's not my favourite. Barbi pretty much agrees.
