These people are absolute con artists and not only that they're also rude. They are literally charging the $10 minimal fee for card use in their store THAT'S ILLEGAL! I'm not sure how long this has been going on but it needs to be addressed especially in this day and age.

Two sections in the Texas Business & Commerce Code prohibit a seller from charging a fee when a buyer uses a credit or debit card as payment. These laws are in Sections 604A. 0021 and 604A. 002, respectively.
Kind of shady and scamming won’t let you use your debit or credit card for anything less than $10 even if you have the money for your purchase, they won’t let you make a purchase.
Literally forcing you to spend more money than you came to spend or denying service.

This place is so Racist I've have patronize this business several times.
Eachtime the owner/ cashier calls someone to come from the back room to literally stand there and "Eye Hawk" you as you shop. I will nolonger step foot in this particular business. It was such an uncomfortable experience.
I've witnessed the store owner and staff being so. much more casual and personable to non-melianated people. The Ironic thing about it is the owner and staff are people of color themselves. I finally had to write this review such an biased and prejudiced buying experience.

I can't count how many times I've had to correct them little indian lady because she shorted my change and the other lady with the bad skin will follow you around but won't ask if you need help,I felt so uncomfortable, if you think someone is going to steal, just buy cameras and a security guard damn. Besides that the store is ok

CK liquor used to be a great neighborhood establishment under the new ownership. It has gone way downhill and after today I will never go back. I went in there to buy a product. It had a price tag on the product and when it was rung up it was rung up over the amount that was listed on the product When I brought it up, not only would the sales representative not want to refund me the money I was then told that they wouldn't even refund the product and I was told that it was up to me to make sure before I pay that they didn't ring it up wrong.

Saw them call the cops on a customer because they broke a bottle and couldn’t afford to pay. The space is tight in this store. You break you buy is not legally binding. Big box stores know this. Smh on Christmas Eve. After years of going here I won’t be back.
