We went to get my granddaughter ears pierced and the ladies were so patience with her because she was so afraid but wanted earrings bad. The customer service was amazing I found all kinds of cute things for me and my granddaughter. We will definitely be shopping here more often.

I gave it 1 star because the grown woman who works here was to busy on her phone and then she picked and choosed who she greeted and welcomed.

Don’t get your ears pierced at claire’s. I got two ear lobe piercings and not only were they unsymmetrical, one got infected even though I followed the instructions. The people “trained” to pierce ears here know nothing, you’re better off going to a professional. never trust a piercing gun.

Nobody at the register for awhile to pay for product. When I knock at back door , she looked at me. Like I was a annoying her and she informed me that she wasn’t on the clock . Awesome. ??

Red headed woman that works there is the most rude person ever! The times on the website are wrong they don’t open at 10- they open at 11. Do not come to this Claire’s. They have really poor bad customer service. Guess they’re running out of people to hire.

terrible customer service, we had a return to make and the extremely rude cashiers refused to get our money back. they said that we could get something else the same price but it wouldn’t matter because i never got my money back.

My wife make appointment for my daughter to pierce ears, she come back next day for appointment and they ask if she have vaccinations. Me and my wife don’t do vaccination for kids, Because religion and we tell them we have documents To show them. They told us they can’t do it. Really? For me it’s look like discrimination to us. My wife and me so sad, because we wanna to pierce ears for our beautiful daughter before her first birthday. Tomorrow her first birthday and everybody in our family was wanna see her tomorrow with first earring. Very disappointed
