Lazy staff and poor quality went up there Wednesday and my wife got a nose piercing cost 70$ and by Saturday night the piercing had already fell out tried calling the next day and nobody would answer the phone they are open until 6 but yet nobody would answer if you go to a Clair's great but don't go to this one .

The google time for closing it’s incorrect. I showed up and they are closing at 5:51PM & employee said they close at 6pm NOT 7pm. Suggest correct closing time, but baby in order to pierce 1 pair of ears it’s $39.99 BUT just 1 ear it’s $60. I know these people crazy 😳

Came to get my 4 yr old’s ears pierced and Juanita was awesome! She was kind and patient with my daughter, made her so comfortable that she didn’t even feel a thing. One of the best experiences I’ve had, not many people are patient with children. She was amazing, definitely recommend this location. Very happy with the service here.

Staff was completely rude to my niece and daughter and bullied them into buying a bunch of stuff they didn’t even want. They said they got it because the ladies wouldn’t let up and keep being rude about everything.

Store is not open on time. No one answered the phone the times on the door says 10am and Google also says 10am and no one is coming out to open. If they have different times it needs to be changed on necessary websites and physically on the establishment. That’s bad for business.
