I came here on Saturday to receive an ear piercing, a simple lobe piercing.
My right ear has been in a quite bit of pain since Saturday and I thought it was just apart of the process. Once I fully examined my ear I realized the piercing never went through my ear so half is in and half is out, the back of the piercing was pressing against my skin which was causing so much pain and discomfort. So in a nutshell my ear wasn’t pierced properly! Please save your money & not come here because I wasted $88.

I frequent this Claire’s as it is near my home and I have 2 young daughters. The sales associates and manager have always been pleasant and helpful with any questions I have. I do find it’s helpful not to walk into any store with an entitled attitude.

My family had a great first experience with Claire's, piercing my families ears. Our piercer was so sweet and answered our questions and helped calm my kids now. I just wish they had gauge earrings too. Thank you.

My daughter & I visited this location on Monday. We received excellent service from the staff the moment we walked in. They told us about the specials they had and we were able to take advantage of the buy 3 get 3 free on hair accessories. We will be coming back to this location.

We came here today around 1:45pm, and the sign on the door said closed for an employee break until 2:15pm. Fair enough. Employee comes with lunch in hand, opens the door, and then locks it again without any acknowledgment of our presence. I get that employees are entitled to a break, but don't walk past customers waiting outside and completely ignore them without saying anything (at least a "hey we're still on break until 2:15, can you please come back then?" or something to that effect). Employees are super rude, and clearly do not enjoy working there. I keep going back thinking it'll be a decent experience, but that never happens. Save your $$ and go elsewhere.

Last Sunday, we took my daughter here for her spend a birthday gift card she'd gotten. She was so excited! We saw a sale for buy 3 get 3 off. So my daughter looked through the whole store and found 6 things. At check out the sales associate said it's now only hair and makeup. We pointed out this sign. She said she'd take the sign down when she's free. No empathy. Just told us to try again.So we did! Finally my daughter settled in two tiara's such were in the hair area and next to the sign (pic 2)! We wait in line again for 15 minutes, only for the associate to say tiara's are "dress up" not hair! Even though tiara's are by the sign, go in hair with clips on them!! Again she told us to get out of line, try again, we were holding up the line. When I tried to talk to her about the situation, the lady said no. Then a woman behind me started yelling at me, and when I turned around to explain things, her husband threatened to punch me in the face!!We were physically threatened until we were forced to leave the line. The sales associate actually seemed to like this! She was happy that we were forced out of line! She didn't call security or anything.I should have left at this point, but my daughter was so excited. So I swallowed my pride, bitterness, and resentment to push on for my daughter's sake.We put the tiara's back and found more hair things. We waited in line a third time, at this point it's been 90 minutes in the store! And finally when it was my turn, I dropped the basket 6" above the checkout counter. The sales lady looked at me and said, "You can't disrespect me like this! Get out, I'm not going to check you out."I tried to explain the whole situation and everything that has happened to me and my daughter, but the lady didn't care. I asked to speak to her manager, but she refused. I asked for her name, butt she refused to tell me. Instead, she called security on me for disrespecting her! After I didn't 90 minutes in the store, she didn't honor the sales printed in the store twice, and I was physically threatened in the store! It was so beyond anything I'd ever experienced, when I was willing to overlook everything done to me to buy stuff my daughter wanted for her birthday!So I left and will never go back. I encourage everyone to go to the Claire's in Riveroaks. The lady there was an literal angel and restored my faith in the Claire's brand. Ill never go back to this store again. Absolutely worst customer experience of my life!

I just got my second earlobe piercing in both of my earlobes. I absolutely love my new piercings. I had a great experience and the Piercer was professional and nice. My piercings are perfectly aligned and neatly done. I was also given Claire's rapid 3 week hygiene after care cleanser. Along with instructions on how to properly care for my new piercings. This is the best Claire's in Houston!!

I recently visited Claire's at 394 Meyerland Plaza in Houston to get my ears pierced, and I had an incredible experience from start to finish. The store itself is well-maintained, tidy, and visually appealing, creating a pleasant shopping environment.
What impressed me the most were the excellent managers at this location. Not only were they friendly and approachable, but they went above and beyond to ensure my visit was smooth and enjoyable. They patiently answered all of my questions, offering insightful advice and guidance throughout the piercing process.
Their willingness to help in any way they could made me feel confident and comfortable. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident, ensuring a safe and hygienic piercing experience. The managers took their time to thoroughly explain the aftercare instructions, providing me with the knowledge I needed to properly care for my new piercings.
I cannot emphasize enough how delighted I am with the exceptional service I received at Claire's in Meyerland Plaza. The professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care exhibited by the managers make this store a standout among the rest. I highly recommend this Claire's location to anyone in need of excellent ear-piercing services and a pleasant shopping experience.
