Came at 6:18 PM on August 14 - the door was locked. If I could give 0 stars I would. The lady talked to my family through the door as if we were animals. She said they closed at this location @6pm. I asked her name she said JANAE or LAUREN not even sure if thats true . I will be reporting this location to Upper Management as well as to corporate . If you dont want to do your job - FIND another one . Website says 7pm and I also called other locations to confirm hours.

My daughter got her ears pierced and the lady that did the piercing was amazing and so friendly. Made her feel excited so excited that she didn’t even cry! Keep in mind she’s 4! It was a beautiful exchange!!

Shay and Ny where so kind to my kids shopping, patient with our ears piercings, and very good manners. Best Claire’s I’ve visited. It was our 1st time here, not going back to another Claire’s.

I went there yesterday due to a bad experience at a different location. Ms Shay went out of her way to help me resolve my issue! I will be visiting again, awesome service that was provided she was very bubbly I’ve even purchased more than I’ve expected to arrive for🙂 after such great connection and support.

I walked in and the kind young lady Shay was quick with a few people ahead of me. She was great with my piercing. I will definitely return for more from her, great customer service my kids loved it!

Shay was very considerate and patient with the piercing process. Her hands were very soft and delicate, I could definitely tell she was a pro. Overall experience was 10/10. I recommend her to anyone looking to have their ears pierced.

The staff is very friendly. I was helped to find some hypoallergenic earrings for my daughter and both ladies working there were very nice.
