Classic Moves was recommended to me by the professional organizer I'm working with. From the very first interaction to the last, I was impressed with the level of professionalism, courteous and personable nature of everyone. Enrique was extremely responsive for the first call. I did not meet with Austin who did the walk through to give a quote. My daughter did and she said that he was thorough and was direct about what could possibly get damaged during the move if not packed correctly.
During the day of the move, Frankie, Temp, and Angel showed up on time. They were the happiest and most efficient group of movers I've ever worked with. There wasn't anything they didn't do without a smile and a "with pleasure" or "absolutely ma'am". They didn't "milk" the job, but kept up a steady pace the entire time. It's as though they thoroughly enjoy what they do and they seem like good friends doing a favor for another good friend. Nothing was damaged during the move. Not one thing! Nothing went missing either which is an issue that's plagued me with other movers in the past.
I HIGHLY recommend this company and I'll use them again without a second thought.

What an incredible moving experience this company provided for me. I moved from a large home and hometown to a home in another state. The team was extremely supportive and helpful for the moving out, trip to Texas and moving me into my new home. Making sure I was completely settled in before they left to return back. Also letting me know where they were in rout to Texas. The caring and connection were beyond my expectations. Thank you Jerod for your service and superb service care. Classic moves is hands down the best receiving and delivery company I’ve ever used! Enrique is always personable, kind and will work magic when I need help. Troy somehow can remember every item received and goes above and beyond to keep things in order, and the delivery teams are always on time, communicative and so helpful when in clients homes. I’ve used other delivery services across the US and have become so spoiled with classic moves services which no one else compares to. I am constantly recommending them to clients and friends and every person feels the same about the whole team!

I do not frequently share my experiences with others when it comes to vendors, but in this case I feel I need to share with all. Classic Moves is not just about moving from one location to another. Enrique Gallardo, Scheduling Director at CM is the first call I make when I need assistance in moving any large or heavy items in my household or business. He and the team at CM have always been very professional and communicate effectively. They also have a storage facility when you're in between moves.

As an Interior Designer, I lean heavily on my receiving company to inspect, take care of and install my client’s goods in an excellent manner and Classic Moves does not disappoint.
Enrique, the scheduling Director is so accommodating when handling appointments for me. I’ve called him on a last minute change and he figured out how to make everything come together without scheduling multiple visits.
