This was my first visit Clear Lake and it was nice. The service advisor, Alejandro greeted me in a very pleasant manner and got all my information then showed me to the waiting area. He answered all my questions and the service was fairly quick.

Just horrible customer service. The Salesperson couldn't have been less interested in selling a car. Was constantly texting someone and seemed annoyed. However I still wanted to buy the car for the advertised price, however this is where they tried to pull the old "bait and switch" They baited me with one price online then switched the price to a inflated cost for dealer installed junk that I did not want. I was about to walk, and the salesperson even told me that they were just all about trying to get the most money out of buyers. Also, they pulled another bait and switch with my trade in. They gave me one price via their website just to get me in the door, however then they would not even honor it when I showed up. Needless to say I walked. This place is a complete rip off.. stay far away, there are much better Infiniti dealers in the area that will honor their advertised prices. Update as of 12/8/2023 Because I had such a negative experience at Clear Lake Infiniti I was pretty much turned off to buying a Infiniti in general. I figured why bother if dealers of a luxury brand such as this would treat any customer this way. However I still decided to at least give one more dealer a chance, and let me tell you, I had such a great experience at Sewell Infiniti. Everything about Sewell was a complete 180 from Clear Lake Infiniti. At Sewell they treated me with such great service, made the car buying process easy, honored their advertised price with absolutely no upsell or bait and switch, gave me a fair price for my trade and I really felt like they cared about my experience as soon as I walked in the door, which I in no way felt at Clear Lake Infiniti. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. What I learned is that there are other dealerships willing to treat you with respect enough to honor their pricing and not try and gouge the customer. Take your business elsewhere, beware of Clear Lake Infiniti!

I thought I had a great experience, as I was leaving in my newly purchased Expedition I noticed the AC was not working at all, which I thought was weird if all used vehicles went through a thorough inspection. They kept the vehicle and told me everything would be taken care, I got an update the next day saying that a new ac compressor was being ordered and would be put on the vehicle, and when I got it back a few days later it was working. Fast forward to 3 weeks later the AC is out again, I had to call multiple times and never got a call back from service department. I also had to drive 2 hours with a baby and a toddler in summer weather with no AC just to talk to someone. When I got there I found out that they never put a new ac compressor in the car, that they just filled up the Freon, not once but TWICE, I felt like I was lied to and taken advantage of. It was known the car had an AC issue and instead of properly fixing it, they just added more Freon knowing it was going to leak out again. And that's all they did again today and told me to take it to a ford dealership. Seriously why should I have to take it to another dealership and pay to get it fixed, when this was a known issue and not disclosed when purchased. I'm extremely disappointed.

Our salesperson, Jasmine Jones, provided us with the best customer service ever!!! She was friendly on the phone, texted me additional information right away and in person, made buying the car pleasant! That's saying a lot as car buying in the past from other dealerships hasn't been like this. As soon as we were done signing the paperwork, she had the car ready out front - washed and full tank of gas! Infiniti, she's an excellent employee

Around October of last year the buttons on the console keep freezing and GPS screen get dim and not come back. They look at it and had to open a case with Infinity I took car home waiting for their response. After two months of trying to find out Infinity response, finally someone told me the person no longer works here and Infinity has closed the case after showing her pictures and the video, she could not find an issue and opened a case with infinity again I found out a month or so later that she has gone on maternity leave and after leaving service manager voice mail and not getting response a service rep said manager said to bring the car back this time they changed a relay or something and after two weeks it happened again I brought the car back and again a case was open with Infinity and they told me to wait again. Since I did not get any answer or call back, I went in and demanded to see the service manager and his answer was he did not get any voice mail or messages. He decide to change the screen and we did an oil change as well and next day while driving the car start smoking and when I took the car back my wife was so upset that she asked to take to General Manager that is when she found out that the dealer ship is under new management and I am guessing that is why the service is so bad. The issue with the car came out to be that the service rep did not put the deep stick in properly and oil was leaking from there however I don't believe that.I am glad the car did not catch on fire. After I picked up the car, the car was still smelling, and I called to find out what to do and again no call back. Meanwhile my wife was trying to complain to general manager who told her "Well nothing happened what do you want me to do, let me look in to it and will call you back" this has been almost three weeks ago. Left messages and no call back. Service director: Brandon Treadway.General Manager: Alice Cao.

Not one to tell someone not to use or purchase from a business but maybe this review may be useful to some . We are in the market for a new QX80 If you have great or excellent credit seems they are not interested in your business unless they seems they cater to people with so so or bad credit In a nut sheep 800 credit score and 27k trade free and clear Everything was being negotiated online and text since we didn't want to spend hours at the dealer we negotiated a discount on a 2022 left over with the sales person at 14k off Sales Manager came back and said 13k and not 14K and gave me payment terms based on 10% but claimed it was default on their system Asked him to see what they could offer for interest rate and that capital one offered me in the 5% range He proceeded to say I needed to come in to get the best deal asked him to just see what he could get me and we would see which way we would go After a few hours I texted him back only to be told it was in the finance departments hands and that they sold the car Which is fine we would look at others they had and decide which way to go But instead they never responded and never heard from them so this is why I believe they only want people they can spike the interest rate So I called West houston infinity and not only did they give us an amazing deal on a 2023 sensory QX80 infinity was running a 4.9% for 60 months so we purchased from them Clear lake never even offered or mentioned it West Houston infinity was no hassle at all they gave them the best deal up front that they could live with on a single call and closed the deal Before purchasing from clear lake definitely check out other dealers especially check out West Houston Infinity

Have been servicing my Infinite QX 30 since new. This service done yesterday tried to charge me for another brake fluid service that Was just done. Jerked my wife around with a Lyft pickup that never came and had to call another, wasting 45 minutes of her day. When she got car back drove 30 miles home to find that her wheel was falling off due to tire rotation that left only two out of five lug nuts on her front tire. Freeway driving on two lug nuts!! You shouldn't even be in business with a service department like that! Lost a good, loyal customer for negligence and poor quality work.

I brought my wife's 2015 QX60 in because the CVT makes a growling noise at low speed/low throttle and it's under the extended warranty from the recent class action law suit. I was told there was a $200 diagnostic fee that would be waived if I had them perform any service they found after the diagnosis. In their diagnosis they said the sound I was hearing was from one of the wheels being bent and rubbing as the tire spun. And in the video they provided they could hardly replicate the noise and there is no way I could have heard that from inside the vehicle. So their solution was to replace one for $1,600! That's a ridiculous price and would not have solved the problem. They also said the battery failed a load test so I had them replace it knowing that I would have to pay $200 for the diagnostic fee unless I had them perform a service, thinking that if you're already going to charge me $200 and the battery costs $255 I might as well get the battery replaced and actually save money even though $255 for a car battery is ridiculous when the same one is $120 at Walmart. When I picked up the car my total was $455 dollars because they said the $200 only gets waived if I had them perform service on my original complaint, the $1,600 for one wheel which I didn't need. I spent some time arguing with the blonde haired female who was condescending and rude. So for $455 I got a new battery and none of my original complaints solved. That's just bad business and we will not be back. Update: Contacted business as requested below on November 18th with no response.

Service charged an arm and a leg and replaced our AC compressor. We took it back multiple times and the AC still goes on and off on its own. They can't find anything wrong with it just because THEY can't reproduce the problem. They kept the car for days and said they checked everything out. I don't recommend their service department for those kind of issues.

The Service Representative was dismissive to my questions, talked over me, cut me off was condescending. Though my vehicle is older, I was a faithful client of Clear Lake Infiniti for almost 7 years. I was charged $50 for windshield wipers, that I told the Service Rep I did not want. The engine filter replacement that I wanted was not provided. I had someone bring my car to the dealership for me, so maybe there was miscommunication. The service rep refused to acknowledge anything I had to say and I will admit I became upset - we had a heated exchange over the phone when I saw the charges. The Service Rep could have made things right by comping the $50 windshield wiper replacement, splitting the cost or even simply acknowledging that there was a misunderstanding. I was looking for a new car and I knew that the vehicle I serviced needs more work. However, I don't plan to purchase another Infiniti or visit the dealership again. What a sad way to end my experience with Infiniti. They were great until the dealership was renovated a couple of years back. I am really disappointed.

If you go here, DO NOT do business with Veronica!! I purchased a vehicle with her, gave me unreasonable amount of interest in the vehicle. That I'll never get out from paying. DO NOT let them trap you with Driveway Finance, you'll end up deep in debt! Veronica isn't there to help you but to do the opposite. Beware!

Sales person Alexander had an attitude and hung up the phone on me after 10 seconds of me inquiring a car. Called again because I thought it was a mistake, after I said the car I was interested in he again hung up the phone. Dealership is unprofessional and by the looks of it hates selling cars.

Ms.Sheri I've been calling and calling you relentlessly for several months trying to get information on my vehicle tag and registration. I've relentlessly spoke with the receptionist and General Manager concerning my paperwork, I can never get a clear answer other than it's Louisiana! I would like to know the filing date of the paperwork so that myself and my bank can contact Louisiana DMV??? This is very unethical and dissatisfying which makes my purchase horrific! I'm asking you to do your job and complete my transaction or give me a filing date!!! Toi M Williams This is the worst dealership ever, they need to terminate the business!
