Great customer service! Somehow a mistake was made on a size I ordered and they are shipping the new size immediately. The shoes are new and they have great styles.

Returns are a pain. And they almost never have exchanges available if you just want a different size of the same shoe. They charge $13 to return a pair of shoes, but they don't have an in-person location, so bringing them back to the store is not an option. It's better to shop at Amazon where returns are free, or at a store that has physical locations like Old Navy since you can bring the shoes back if they don't fit.

Excellent service, reasonable price. The nicest lady helped me since I had ordered the wrong size...... I met her in person to exchange the clogs. She was so polite and sweet. I will be buying from them in the future and recommend her. ? ?

bought 2 pair last year the week of the hurricane....it took 3 weeks but i got them. unfortunately 1 pair, not a 2nds, were irregular. they let me return them past the return date. the replacement pair fit just fine. i buy professional clogs for my work, and now for every day. the return went smoothly and the woman went above and beyond. i just ordered 4 pair, only firsts tho. will follow up. a work friend bought 2 pair, exchanged 1 pair for the size, but really loves them, as well. i definitely recommend for quality and price.

First experience ordering a pair of shoes from the clog outlet and I am less than thrilled. I ordered (and was charged for) a pair of clogs nearly a week ago. Have heard nothing so far regarding when they are expected to ship out and there is no information on their website that gives an estimated date. I emailed the company 2 days ago and have heard nothing back. I logged into my account and it still says my order is "awaiting fulfillment." I understand that this is not Amazon but I would still expect my shoes to ship within at least a week, especially considering standard shipping itself takes almost a week. If my order is fulfilled within the next few days we are still looking at almost a 3 week turnaround between the time of order and delivery. Highly disappointing when I work 6 days in a row at the hospital this coming week. Next time I will fork over the extra $20 and buy from Amazon. At least they won't charge me weeks before I actually receive the product. Will not be buying from this shop again.

From five years ago until just about two months ago, I would give them three to five stars (satisfaction varied, but I was always happy enough to return, excited to take a risk on their cute shoes because they had AMAZING deals), but now...I wish zero stars is an option. Suddenly they changed their website from the plain and simple one I loved to this wannabe higher end look. New website, new prices, and all of their prices SOARED, on EVERYTHING! They also got rid of their closeouts and samples. I LOVED their closeouts! As a shoe junkie, I'd buy them by the bulk! I especially loved their Sanita samples! Yes, you would not know how defected your item would be, but with the prices they had, it was worth a shot. 4/5 of the time, I got satisfactory and better than expected when it came to closeouts, factory 2nds and Sanita Samples. I wonder what they did with their closeouts and samples? I suspect their closeouts are now just clearance which are not really great deals. Their samples were sometimes on the higher end of affordable, but super cute, and unique. I wonder if they just mixed them all in with all the other items but with the price increases and risks. I am not sure because I have not found ANY of the ones that I was eyeballing the week before they changed their website. I think they may still honest about which shoes are factory seconds. MAYBE NOT though, maybe they are just honest about the ones with obvious overtly tragic flaws & defects. I am not sure. I wouldn't put it past them now that they seemed to have conformed to the typical greedy corporate retail company. I have not ordered since they changed everything from their website, to their inventory, to their prices. The should have changed their name too because it is NOTTTT the Clog Outlet I use to enjoy browsing and shopping. I am so glad I got their pink wooden platform hippie clogs back when they were $19.95 because they are $79.95 now. One can argue that mine may have been a 2nd and maybe these identicles are not, but based on the pic, they have the same dark worn looking front wood platform and same stapled strap overhang that mine does. I am also glad I only paid $25 for my factory 2nd cute but defected & short-lived pink & leopard Smitten that came with bursted blisters on the glaze finish that peeled and spread from the 1st wear. That was one of my losses, but I got to rock them a few times which was nice, but NOW consumers have to pay $40 for that. Like I said, it was always a gamble with closeouts, 2nds & samples, but always cute, and usually in decent shape while being reasonable enough to gamble. Now, their prices are too high to roll the dice...and I don't trust them anymore either. I have a feeling if the defect is minor, they won't mention it. If the defect is major, they'll THEN list as a factory second. Don't take my word for it, I don't know for sure. This is all based on my own experience, opinion, and suspicion. I'll try to remember to take some pics of what was once reasonably priced flawed shoes because I have a couple still new in the box waiting for spring and summer.

Very pleased. I may have the only clogs that have been through two hurricanes. I ordered the day before Harvey made landfall and half-expected the order to be lost before fulfillment. They arrived a week after Irma. Two weeks, two hurricanes, pretty good! Came to the library now, since we don't yet have internet, to order a second pair, but available sale stock is low today. I bought the Sanita Smart Step Professional Sophia - Green Multi. Note that printed clog designs are random and not matched. As a former Dansko customer, I read that the quality of the soles had declined and am a first time Sanita buyer. I followed others' advice and ordered 40 instead of my usual 39. They are tight enough to wear without socks and large enough to wear with up to medium weight. I haven't worn them outside yet, but the arch support feels good. No comment yet on how well they wear, obviously.

The showroom is nothing to look at right now but the staff was VERY helpful!!! OMG! They were so nice and knowledgeable about shoes I bought at least 8 years ago and helped me find something that would be a excellent replacement for those fabulous shoes. They made suggestions and were willing to let me try all the shoes I wanted too. Very patient group of ladies. They also could answer any questions and gave me helpful hints for care. An excellent experience!

You can't get customer service to ever answer the phone!!! Their shoes run small and if you seek a refund or return it will be impossible!!!! They shield behind email with short messages and I think you will be better buying shoes with a store who has humans to communicate with consumers. I will also be writing a review with the BBB.

i sent the following email to Sanita/Clog Warehouse this morning.
[email protected],
[email protected] and
[email protected] "My mother ordered a pair of Brown Alyssa size 38 for me. I received a pair of Bordeaux Alyssa instead. This pair was in a box with a new label that said "brown" that was placed over the stamped label on the original box that clearly said "Bordeaux". When I called to return the shoe and get a brown pair shipped out, I was told that I might receive the same color shoe. I didn't understand; the shoe was clearly red, not brown. It was the color of the Bordeaux shoe shown on your website. Not brown. It was in a box that was labelled "Bordeaux". I did not understand. I wanted brown. I sent a photo to service@ to explain the mix-up. I chalked it up to a mistake in the warehouse. I know these things happen. It was only when my mother called to order another brown shoe so I wouldn't have to wait for the return to arrive in Houston was it explained that there were no brown shoes? That the photos on the website were wrong? Something about samples being the wrong color, using the wrong photo? I don't know. It's very confusing and frankly, unprofessional. And it seems underhanded. I haven't owned a pair of Swedish clogs since the 90s when I had multiple pair of Dansko. I decided to go with Sanita because I read about the history of the two companies and I wanted to reward the company (Sanita) that didn't manufacture in China. I decided to buy direct from Sanita, paying more, because I thought that would be the best customer service route. I have been in retail management for years. I understand how it works. I wanted to think it was all a simple mix up. It seems a lot more than that. I know it's just clogs, but I think y'all are being less than honest with a potential good customer and I wasted a lot of time dealing with your confusing explanations and mistake. And I still don't know what really happened. I've ordered a pair of brown Alyssa clogs from Zappos. They've assured me they are brown, not Bordeaux, and that I would receive what I ordered. They told me if they ran out of the brown color, they would remove the photo of the brown pair from their website. Seems appropriate. I don't understand why y'all couldn't do the same." Regards,

My husband was listening on speaker and she made comment about him as well. This was my first order. She claimed to be a mgr but was very unprofessional and clearly no mgmt skills.i asked to speak to the owner she said i could get it from website and hung up on me twice all together. Horrible customer service . I hope the owner of this company sees this review because they need to know how there business is being handled.

First and last experience with clog outlet. Ordered a pair of clearance "black work shoes", not leather. Description and poor photograph were deliberately misleading. What I received is a shoes formed from a single piece of molded plastic. Suitable for work only if you are a gardener. $13 + $8 shipping for gardening clogs. Ripoff. Can't return clearance items per their policy.

First ordered a factory second and I need a microscope to find any defects! They are the Sorbet and were $40.00 off the retail. Great on time delivery and service, I already know the next pair I plan to purchase, very satisfied. I received the 37 (61/2) and true to size.

Buyer beware when ordering any of their shoes but especially their factory seconds. Both shoes were much wider than my prior pairs of Sanita clogs in the same size. Right shoe was significantly larger than the left. Staples on exterior of shoe were crooked. I did not expect a perfect pair of clogs, but I thought I could at least wear them. I was disappointed by their level of customer service. I just spent $50 on a pair of shoes that I will donate. Just hope someone can wear them due to their odd sizing. Watch out for the final sale items since they do not show up as final sale on your receipt. Take a screen shot of what you ordered. Went to a local store who ordered the same pair in the same size and they fit exactly how I expected them to be. Somethings are too good to be true.
