I love coming here! They are an area favorite, so they are constantly busy. BUT they are able to get you in and out without feeling rushed. Kim is my favorite tech here. The woman at the front always does an excellent job with my wax services as well.

I have come to CoCo nails ftom the first week of its opening years ago! It’s the only place i go. The management/ ownership has changed and I've continued to come until yesterday’s visit. It was the worst… the technicians pretended she couldn't speak English, but she was laughing as i asked her to do something that she should have been doing… she was the worst tech to ever do my feet. She said her name was Nuygen… the man ( heavy set) challenged me on my incentive text that i often receive when I am too busy to come regularly. It was a horrible experience. Ive never been treated like this before. I have been a loyal customer for years. I even brought in my grandson for his first mani-pedi and for him to see me treated this way was horrible. Ive even sent in customers, especially my friends and family. I believe in customer service and with the man that was managing on Friday evening, Nov. 1, i will not be back! Humiliation is unforgivable!

The manager Rosie helped me select the best fall color with the trending white chrome. Vivian did an amazing job applying the nail extensions in dip power given that I have such sensitive nails. Rosie also did my brows effortlessly with wax. I was so surprised by her skills!
