So, we needed some furniture for a small office space in our storage facility in Houston and were very pressed for time, a friend recommended we reach out to Collaborative Office Interiors and I have to say we are most definitely glad that we did. I would say that if you need help with your workspace setup or design, there is no other place in Houston that you should look for. Not only was this time sensitive for us, the staff truly demonstrated that they cared about our needs. Everyone was very professional and communication was top notch all the way till the pieces u see in the photos showed up to our location in what I call record time! Professional, Courteous people that will listen to what your needs are and deliver upon those needs and wants! Our space looks absolutely awesome! Cherry on top! got to meet the owner and I have to say John runs a tight ship! It was an absolutely awesome transaction that for sure will lead to more to come as our needs arise!

Our company ordered $50,000 worth of furniture for our new office back in December, including a large conference room table with a heavy stone top. It all was supposed to be delivered in March. Upon delivery, the stone top was not the correct one we ordered, and it was cracked. They went ahead and installed the incorrect, cracked one as a temporary solution, while we received the new one, which we were told would take 4 weeks. It is now June, and we still don't have our correct tabletop. Our sales rep is not returning our calls, and I've had to call from different numbers for them to answer. When they do answer, they tell me I'll call you back tomorrow, or in a couple of days with an update, and then they don't call back. We've already paid them a ton of money, and there is no end in sight for this issue.

ABSOLUTE WORST WORST SERVICE EVER BOUGHT FURNITURE AND EVERYTHING CAME WRONG AND NOW APPARENTLY THEY REORDERED AND ITS BEEN AROUND 8 months still my office is without furniture! THEY LITERALLY DONT CARE AND EVEN AFTER PAYING SO MUCH MONEY IT DOESNT MATTER. Sales rep doesn’t even answer half the time and just excuses after excuses run from this company while you can I’m stuck for 8 months payed 75 percent of the bill already

Great experience. Installers were prompt, professional and did a very good job. The only reason it's not a 5 star review is because when I asked for an update the update was sent to my (male) boss instead of me, I wasn't even copied. I would recommend this company.

Collaborative Office Interiors was hired by our architectural firm to provide new furniture for our church renovation. We have had ongoing issues and unanswered questions for over a year now. The first issue was the coffee carts delivered were not the carts we had specified. After many attempts and several months of trying to resolve this issue, Collaborative told us they would refund us the money for the carts. They finally paid the refund after we emailed them several more times. Secondly, we have repeated asked about the outdoor tables that were delivered. They, also, were not the tables that we had been specified. They are not even rated for outdoor use and are much less expensive than what we had specified. They charged us for the more expensive tables. They are still sitting at our church with no resolution from Collaborative Office Interiors. It is completely unprofessional.

We recently ordered a filing cabinet from here. Overall, I was very happy with the experience. Customer service was amazingly quick to respond to my inquiry--a sales guy, Dustin Lane, got in touch with in minutes, and was very helpful researching and going over options. In the end, he was able to talk to the manufacturer about getting us a lateral filing cabinet in the exact size and color we wanted. Pricing was competitive with other places we looked.I think they usually deal in larger orders for businesses, since we had to sign a purchase proposal and email it back to them. Still, they were pleasant and professional to deal with for our one-filing-cabinet purchase.

We worked with Dustin and he was incredibly attentive and devoted to giving us a great service. He was very determined to give us great customer service in which he succeeded.
