I can see why Lucid chose Collision Plus as a certified repair shop in Houston! Sam and his team were transparent throughout the repair process - he informed me when there were delays when his techs were due to get refreshed training at Lucid, or for parts that were on order. When something was discovered that needed additional work (majority of the damage was internal), I took it in stride as I know they were making sure nothing was missed. It’s worth the wait - my repaired Air GT looks and drives like new, right down to the difficult to manage Zenith Red paint. You need a body shop with attention to detail, transparency, and courteous staff, go to Collision Plus for your Lucid or other make they cover.

Sam at Collision Plus did an amazing job of fixing damage to my Porsche Taycan. The paint and body work were amazing and Sam was super communicative during the whole process. Also, he is the fastest body shop I have ever seen-10 days in and out.

I can't express how appreciative I am for Sam P. and his entire team. They did amazing work in world record time. I had front end damage on my E class Mercedes Wednesday February 28. The next day February 29 Sam said bring the car into the shop that morning. Brought the car in by 8:30am. I was in a serious rush due to going out of town the very next day with the car. His team got started right away and had my vehicle repaired and like brand new by 5:30pm to pick up. I mean record time. Never in my entire life have I ever heard of receiving service this fast. This was not a small amount of damage either. The work and service was top notch. I will refer everyone I know to Sam and the Collision Plus Team. Very professional and friendly as well. I’ve had two cars repaired (bummer) at Collision Plus, one on insurance and one on my nickel (always risky letting your kids drive your car!) and both were repaired perfectly! I highly recommend this business

We were involved in an accident in 2/2024. From the moment I walked into Classic Collision I experienced excellent customer service! Nolan, the Service Advisor handling my account kept me informed throughout the entire process. He always returned my phone calls quickly and took the time to explain the process. Towards the end of the process Freddy, the general manager went above to resolve an issue with my car. I can not thank him enough for his patience and assistance. In such a stressful time they helped to make it a bit better. My car was repaired quickly and with quality work. I am thankful for everyone's hard work and the excellent service I received. I highly recommend them!

Sam's shop worked on a broken rear spoiler, a dollar coin sized dent on the roof and a scraped rear bumper on our Porsche Cayenne. In on Monday, out on Friday even with a rainy week and a late arriving new spoiler. Work was excellent - you would never know it had been worked on.

Sam and his team did an amazing job! Getting the parts took some time (Logistics hell for 3rd party shops) but there is nothing anyone can do about that.My car was fixed properly and they cleaned it before getting it back to me! (We have 2 Tesla's and no Tesla service center has ever cleaned my car after any service appointment)Collision Plus does a better job than Tesla Service Centers. I should know because I have been to a few of them! And if you think I’m lying go look at their reviews!

I took my Ford F-150 on a Friday evening & they where about to close. And Sam took me in and he was so nice and helpful. They got my truck in and out on the date prompted.
