My husband bought these tulips from Colony Florist on Tuesday February 13th for Valentine's Day and this photo is what they looked like by Thursday, February 15th. In addition to selling my husband half-dead tulips, they charged an obscene price for them.Taking the tulips as they were on the day this photo was taken, I went to Colony Florist and asked to speak with the person who sold my husband the tulips. After first listening to the employee insisting there was "no way to know," I reminded that they could look up the proof of his purchase by the credit card number, which Alma, the person representing presumably the person who either sold him the flowers or knew who did, finally agreed to do. I then asked whether this was typical of their quality, to which she responded that it was not, offering me "tulips from the back" to replace them. I asked rather that the cost be refunded to my husband's card.Alma stated that the owner, Susan, was the only person who could authorize this and took my information, stating that Susan was out of town for a couple of days and that she would be in touch upon her return. At no point did either present employee of the store apologize for the quality or the experience and I had to actually prompt Alma whether they wouldn't want to take a photo of the tulips to show the owner.It has now been nearly a week since Valentine's Day and no one has bothered to follow up nor refund my husband's card. Several years ago was the last time we used Colony Florist and the experience and cost was similarly dismal, although we never posted a review. I regret that we gave them a second chance and would never recommend this florist. There are many excellent options in the area, including grocery stores, that offer quality, provide value, and stand behind their materials.

Beautiful arrangement!!! Joyce took her time helping me choose an arrangement that was around my budget and vision. It ended up looking more beautiful than I expected. I will keep ordering my flowers from here.

Flowers look nice. Communication was poor and so final product was off. Two problems. I ordered a corsage specifically for a 7 year old 2 days in advance. Corsage was created for a normal sized wrist and was told they'd have to take the whole thing apart to fix it, but not enough time, so they told me I'd have to pin it myself. So I'm stuck with something that looks nice, but I have to fix in order for it to function. Second problem my daughter does not like the color pink, I don't know why, so I ordered her lavender roses. They gave me pink, although the woman at the front tried to tell me they're definitely lavender. So I confirmed with multiple people (because who knows, maybe I'm color blind) that they're definitely pink, If they'd have offered to fix the mistake I'd have given at least another star, but it was like I was putting them out.

The ladies were very nice. The one we placed the order with was very helpful in coming up with a solution. However she didn't fully communicate this with the other ladies. I'm glad I was the one to go pick them up because what they tried to give me wasn't what we ordered. They corrected it but it looked like a rush job because it was. They did what they could and were very nice about correcting it. $22 for boutonniere and $40 for a wrist corsage. Strap to the corsage broke 30 min in.

The personnel at Colony are courteous, professional, and attentive in making my order beautiful and appropriate for the occasion. The orders arrive in a timely fashion, and the arrangement or plant always exceed my expectations. It is great working with a florist that you trust.

Colony did a beautiful job on a last-minute funeral order in mid-December 2022. Their prices were reasonable and they were very friendly and helpful. They worked with me to provide above and beyond what I had even imagined--even texted me a photo. I'll definitely be ordering from them in the future!!

I have been using Colony Florist for years and have never had anything go wrong. The customer service is outstanding. They will call the person receiving the flowers before going out to make sure they can deliver. If they can't reach them, they will call the person giving the flowers to see what they can do. Finally, they will call the giver back to let them know everything is okay. They will answer emails promptly and they are always friendly, helpful, and go the extra mile. This business is exceptional with a personal touch in being able to contact the owner directly. I find everything about Colony Florist impressive.

Second time using this Florist due to being pleased with first order!Susan was great! She was friendly, even though you could tell she was BUSY (Mother's Day on Sunday) yet professional and good customer service. Notified me immediately of delay in having access to deliver; created new arrangement for my order to be delivered next day!Gorgeous flowers and good quality!.Will recommend this florist to friends and family.

My friend from work surprised me with a beautiful bouquet of flowers. She had them delivered to the church I attend, but the church was closed on that Monday. The florist retrieved my phone and explained what happened. I told her that I wouldn't be at church until Wednesday. She was very accommodating and even told me she would do another arrangement with fresh flowers. The arrangement came out beautiful, I received several compliments!
