This is the parent bank of Direct Express online bank. They stole my brother's social security check. When he tried to close the account, in order to block the next direct deposit in time, they refused to let him close it. When I told them that I was going to the authorities, they told me to go ahead, because it wouldn't do any good. We're still fighting to get his money back. I've had several other people tell me that their money was stolen by Direct Express also.

Love this Bank, I had an issue that was hard to identify with a Credit Card ( not theirs) that Gustavo G. helped me with as well as gave me great advice ( not just a sales pitch) that helped me Greatly. You can feel Safe Banking Here.

This Unscrupulous Bank is Part of Direct Express Connection. Direct Express is one of the Worst , if not the Worst, Financial Institutions allowed to keep it's Doors Open. This Financial Parasite Facility, has over 5M customers, of which, are SSD and SSDI Customers. First, one (1) incoming line for all customers Second, waiting time 90 minutes plus to talk with a DE Rep Third, a pre recorded Bullshit Message which runs 24/7 " We are experiencing a larger than normal call Volume" Try your call later!!! This is Pure Bullshit!! 4th, if you need immediate help with your card, such as: Unauthorized Charges: You may as well commit suicide or go swimming in shark infested water!! It's not going to happen! How can the US Treasury Dept, allow this Ineffective and inefficient Financial Institution be allowed to Fraudulently operate as a Legitimate Bank. A new Financial Institution must step in, All management be charged with fraud and Corruption with heavy punishment for ripping off the Disabled.

This is the worst bank I've ever banked with, it takes them so long just to cash a check even if you have an account. I only opened this account because they were charging $10.00 to cash a check.REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

These are nice folks but the truth is that Comerica is so far behind on any sort of technology that the bank is a total pain to work with. Deposits via ATM? Nope. Download last year's transaction history? Nope. Online wire transfers? Nope. The app is garbage, the list just goes on and on. Their interest rates on savings are anemic and their fees are endless. If you are the sort of person who likes to stop by the bank for a chat and to deposit physical checks, I suppose this is a good place for you. But if you want technology that is less than a decade out of date, this place is a waste of time.

Of all the Comerica locations, this one has the worst service. I've been a customer since 1991 and all the name changes. I only go to make a overnight deposit or use the ATM. To confirm the bad service, I'll sometimes go in for something and see if anything has changed, NOPE, aside from a friend that works there, it's always something with this branch. I go out of my way to another location , too bad since I live 5 blocks away

I've been a customer of this bank for the 30 years since I moved to Houston, since it was Sterling Bank and through all its changes. The reason I'm still there is the people who work there. They've always been professional, personal and attentive. They've treated me like I'm their only customer. I'm with them for life.
