Horrible experience, teller never want to cash me a check because my account was overdraft, horrible manager ComericA bank need to do something about these people attending customers they are horrible. I’m in Houston and at River Oaks branch their are amazing. I’m thinking about going back to BOA. ComericA need to do something about that horrible client experience on that branch

Bad experience yesterday, 08/10/21! I went in to talk with someone about opening a business account for my new business. The loan advisor I spoke with (Asian lady who never even introduced herself) was not very helpful at all. She just kept telling me why she couldn't help me and continued to look at me (not saying anything) as if she expected me to just leave. Not customer service oriented at all.. I gave her the tax ID, but she said my business information was not coming up in the State Comptrollers system. I had all of my legal documents in an email.. She looked at them, but that wasn't good enough.. I could tell she wasn't really sure of what she was saying because she stumbled over her words. If you aren't sure, just say so.. Then call someone to get the answers you need.I just don't understand why she was not able to assist AT ALL, but I was able to go to Chase and get it done. Do better, Comerica.

Bad experience today, trying to withdraw money from my account, I waited a lot of time and at the end The lady She told me that in my account I had no signature after years with Comerica bank, And told me I haven't seen here before and asking me if I have equity on my house like investigation .. even I am a Customer , but now I am thinking in a new Bank seriously, sorry but it is not a good customer service in this location

Had the best experience opening a business checking account. Management (George) was very helpful. It was my 1st business account, so I wasnt entirely sure what i needed. After 5 failed attempts at Chase w/ little help, I tried Comerica. Got it done. Made my week.

Absolutely terrible banking experience. I stopped receiving direct deposit and the bank refused to cash my pay check. I told them I need this bank to cash my payroll checks. No one In he building did anything to try to help me. I told them I would cancel my account and they did not care. So I just canceled my account and will be banking with woodforrest bank who will always cash my checks. This bank is trash. Don't believe me? Look at these reviews. The numbers don't lie. Can't even cash my check. Even the gas station cashes my checks. I've been a customer for years and they treated me like I was a scam artist. One lady even told me she'd give me a call back about a problem I was having. She never did because she is terrible at her job and seems more concerned about her phone. The entire staff is all TRASH.

I have had no problems with this bank branch. The manager and tellers have always been very courteous, helpful, and accommadating. Everyone has been very patient in explaining the options in opening a business account. I have a personal and a business account and highly recommend this branch.

Signed up with this bank August 11, 2016 I still haven't received my Debit card and today is October 6, 2016 I went in this location 3 times to give them the correct address and they still typed It in wrong... Had to call customer service to correct the problem but they're saying it still will take another week to just order the card then another week to receive.... I don't recommend this bank or this location... I'm just glad I didn't have a lot of money in that account and emergency happened I woulda been screwed

Worst banking experience ever. The goal was to get a security deposit box, which required opening a banking account. Tried to open one with the lowest balance requirement without fees and could not for the life of me figure out a way to do so, despite getting assistance from someone at the branch. Feel free to join if you like big banks siphoning away your hard earned cash with ridiculous monthly fees.
