Was discriminate by teller Viking. She asked personal questions about a check I was cashing in. She asked where did I get it and what I sold to obtain the check. She checked the ID with a special red light over and over and looked at the check about 2 minutes. I’m sure Vigi knows the feeling of being discriminated, shame on her.

The people who left the negative reviews must be mistaken about which branch they are talking about, because I have been using this bank for 35 years, ever since I built a home in Copperfield. Back then they were Sterling Bank, and were assumed by Comerica I'm thinking maybe 7 or 8 years ago. I could be off a bit on the timeline of that. I did have new account numbers that I had to change with my credit card and utility companies for automatic payments, and yes, initially it was a hassle, but I had always been treated so well that I had no intention of leaving. And I knew that they had no control over the change, so I just rolled with it, and the staff did their best to make it as painless as possible. Fast forward to the present and I have had nothing but the most exceptional service from the entire staff for years and years. Alex Garcia has been there since they were Sterling Bank, and is absolutely wonderful in her management position. So is every other associate, and I have dealt with them all. I wish I could list them by name but I don't want to get their names wrong or leave anyone out. Again, I don't know how anyone could leave a negative review, unless they were mistaken with what branch they were speaking of. I have had nothing but the best treatment and experiences in the entire 35 years that I have been going there, feel very valued as a customer, have built a great business relationship with them, and wholeheartedly recommend Alex Garcia and the entire staff of Comerica Bank in Copperfield for all of your banking needs!

This is a horrible place to even bank... it don't matter if you are prime banking customer or regular customer it's the same long waiting line. There is a full staff and hardly any customer. I do not understand why there is a long waiting time.

Horrible staff I was waiting on comercial line for more than 15 min no one came to the window no one greeted me. They took the deposit from another driver that arrived after me next to me. I could see two ladies and they were just staring horrible service.

Just found someone card at ATM and We return it in the box. Prayers he gets it AMEN. That They are open tomorrow cause the flood.

Horrible staff playing favorites with clients. Went in to open a account and the staff took the people that walked in after us and signed in. They called them by their name and sat them down right away, while I had been waiting at the waiting area. Rude service when helped.
