If I could give this location less than one star I would. Tried to cash my check with my passport but was told I need my drivers license… someone make it make sense! The space center location is ?️.

I do not bank here but always cash my job check here and it's always takes forever. Only 1 person working drive thru and inside. No wonder it has low ratings. Doesn't make me want to bank here either.

Went to get something notarized. They said their policy was to not notarize anything they could “get sued for”. Ridiculous. Most things that require notary signature would probably fall into this category. And their ATM malfunctions at least half the time I try to use it.

I see why the ratings are mostly 1 star for this location. My family has done business with this bank for over 50 years. On 10/01/22 (Saturday) I had a bad experience here. I went inside the bank because I wanted to close one of the accounts. I don't frequent this particular branch, although I have been here numerous times in the past. The teller asked me several security questions before she would release my money, stating, she didn't know me, she'd never seen me before. Well, I've never seen her before either. She asked whether I'd been to this branch before, I told her, yes (in a rather agitated voice). She had to recount the money several times, saying, I'm so sorry. Maybe I made her nervous by the way I responded to her questioning me in the manner she did. Anyway, I had to go to another person to close the other account. This person looked at my DL and asked if I'd just moved. My reply was no. She asked, why are you on this side of town. I said, what? She said, I'm just asking. I told her because you all closed bank closest to me. I was like, what is going on at this bank, with these people. Was beginning to feel as though I may have entered the Twilight Zone. Over the past few years, I have not been pleased with Comerica's service at several other locations as well. I probably should consider banking elsewhere.

From the super inconvenient policies to the incredibly unhelpful staff, this bank is definitely my least favorite. If my opinion was valued or if I had any say I’d rewrite the policies to accommodate all banking needs much more efficiently. I would also educate and train the staff on better communication skills with the clients, as well as, insure that they are well informed on all policies so that way no one on staff is giving inaccurate information

Horrible... HORRIBLE customer service. Bank manager, Rafael, should NOT be a manager of any kind! My significant other is going thru cancer treatment and cannot walk well right now. We had dr appointments near this location today. He receives social security monthly. We usually go to another Comerica location which they've always been wonderful people. NOT THIS LOCATION!Comerica is contracted with Direct Express& social security retirement so that SSR customers can withdraw their money monthly without service fees. He has been withdrawing his money from Comerica for years using the teller line bc of the amount he withdraws. No other location has given him a problem until this location was used. Rafael LIED and said they've not been servicing their customers for MONTHS & this was Comerica's rule. We questioned this many times bc this was the 1st location we've ever seen this. He kept referring us to the ATM. There are ATM limits which are small on withdrawals with social security. Then Rafael questioned if he had a bank account where social security could direct deposit. Yes, he has a bank acct but social security requires him to physically come in with his ID to change to direct deposit and bc of COVID, he can't go in bc social security offices are closed. This location was not customer service goal oriented. When we drove up (bc their teller lines aren't marked as commercial or customer) we pulled up to the commercial line so the crate was much bigger. I retrieved my partner's ID and debit card then went to put it back and it legitimately dropped. They have 2 small pins that hold that big thing & it's difficult to place it perfectly. When I expressed that their crate fell & they needed to get the crate, Rafael specifically told me "that's ok... if u damaged it, I have your license plate number". Needless to say, I picked up the crate, drove it to the front, took video of the crate and made sure the rude Rafael received his material without incident. Even at the front door he was so damn rude!WHO TREATS PEOPLE LIKE THIS? This location is horrible. Awful. I would recommend people bank elsewhere. In the meantime, about 2 miles down the road was another Comerica. They gave excellent customer service and gave my partner his social security money with no problem. It goes to show how dishonorable this specific location is. I truly hope this location gets shut down one day. They don't deserve to be part of our community. Go to Comerica on Bay Area and 45. They are awesome there! By the looks of the reviews, looks like this location tends to hire the worst of the worst of bank managers. Great job! **sarcasm**

Went in to simply get some quarters as I'm new to the area and thought a bank would have the courtesy to help me out. Sadly they only offer even the smallest things to current customers. I'm from overseas and was looking for a bank, and they just shot themselves in the foot when it comes to a new customer. I don't appreciate anywhere that has a snotty members only attitude. I like banks that strive to help and serve the community. Horrible attitude!

We have been banking here when it was Sterling. Have always been very courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend this bank to anyone. If not happy down the road would definitely change my rating but for fifteen years we love our bank.

I have been with this bank since it was Sterling Bank. I have always had great customer service with a personal touch. Comerica has been great for us.
