Really dislike the drive-thru machines. Sometime you have to wait a really long time to get some service.

Comerica Bank in Humble Texas does not have the funds to cover their own cashiers checks. They wrote me a cashiers $12,252.00 and they do not have the funds to cash the check. I have been trying for 2 weeks to cash this cashiers check. Do not trust this bank whatsoever they will steal your money they are broke and cannot afford to pay out and cover their own checks!!!

This location security thinks all black people are Criminals.. Atmosphere is definitely negative. Try another Comerica bank or none at all. Use your money wisely at a positive setting

Was having work related financial troubles not to be believed, over drawn three times in six months, struggling to get the bills paid. Brought in a check for $8000.00 troubles over I thought, but bank policy would have to hold check 9 days, I thought the floor was going to come up and hit me, WTF!!! Thank god a wonderful woman named Valeria Hayter looked into what was going on, not only did she help me in every way possible she helped me to consolidate my credit cards and saved me a fortune in interest, she didn't have to do any of this, she could have just said that's bank policy to hold your check Comerica Bank has an amazing lady there and I will be forever grateful to her

They are always nice, informative, and forgiving. I don't like the hrs of buisness but other than that. They are wonder every time at every location.

Watch out, especially for the assistant manager Christina and manager Francisco, and the new black guy too. Double count your cash money before deposit also. One of the teller will tell you the cash is short of $10 or $20 every other time. Fees popping up every other month. Assistant manager Christina is "bi-polar", playing all smiling one day and belligerent the next. I am filing a complaint with authority at appsec.helpwithmybank.gov.

The business is slow and to make it up they're robbing you to pay their salary.
