I don’t usually write reviews, but I had one of the worst experiences here.
The staff was completely unprofessional and unhelpful. A cashier's check was physically destroyed by the branch, and it took me over 100 days of constant follow-up and fighting to get my funds back. Throughout the entire ordeal, they refused to take responsibility and kept blaming other banks.
Tee Sloan was my banker, and my experience with her was incredibly disappointing. The lack of accountability and customer service was shocking.
STAY AWAY from this branch — it’s not worth the headache.

Absolutely have been super happy with Comerica handling my business accounts. Staff is always friendly, account manager is always on top of it!

Absolutely the worst staff imaginable. The supposed manager here, Jean, too full of herself to even listen to a problem. Says I cannot talk with her as her boss, whoever it is, “he does not talk to customers”. However, we don’t have to stay with Comerica. After many years, We will be closing all our accounts.
If you’re smart, do not bank here.

It doesn't matter how much money you have in this bank they treat everyone the same...BAD!!! Which is why I moved my money to a bank who provides good friendly service.

I am from Guatemala, and I came with my passport and my registration to change a check and this time they did not change it as in the previous time, now they tell me that they only accept documents from Mexico and use ... that bad

Best Comerica bank branch around. The staff is like family. Joan is the manager and always ready to help. Amanda and the others are always on top of things and have a great sense of humor. I highly recommend this branch. Great service and experiences.

This particular branch and their representatives are the worst. If you’re on this side looking for a comerica bank I would drive down to the one on 529. I have been told on two different occasions they the could not provide a service I have had done previously at another bank location. One would be ordering a duplicate debt card and the other would be cashing a check before depositing it. Not only was I told they couldn’t do what I have had done at a different bank before the lady in the window was talking “***** about my request while I was in the drive through line guess she thought she turned her speaker off. I have been here twice and both times I have had a bad experience needless to say I will NOT be back to the location!
