Zero Stars. My stepfather died in January, we went to the Gessner location and was refused access to his safety deposit box, Brenda said we needed a death certificate, we came back with it, then she want a death certificate of our deceased brother, we came back with it, then they wanted a copy of his Will, we came back with it, then they wanted my Letter of Administration from the probate court I brought that in today June 18th 2024 and Brenda still refused to let me into his safety deposit box. Doesn't this company know what to do when someone dies? I am so upset that this is still 6 months later and still they won't let us into his box. It won't let me give zero stars. I can give no stars for this service. I called customer service and the "legal department was unavailable". No help from anyone. The stress and hardship on our family is pretty rough right now.

I have been living and working in the USA for 3 years. We have had very good relations with Comerica Bank for 3 years. Today I met Jacklyn, the rudest Comerica employee I have ever met. An employee who never listens, trying to scold rather than help. I apologize to all Comerica employees working at the Gessner branch and give 1 star because of Jacklyn!

Great place for all banking needs. We have business and personal accounts. Head cashier is very positive and friendly, Ms. Brenda is the branch manager and is wonderful, any issues or problems she will address immediately. Actually all the employees are very customer service orientated. Through my banking experiences with large financial institutions and smaller ,i suggest smaller. At least when you are there they remember who you are . Try them out !

Worked with Brittany to set up a new Account today. She was informative,friendly and everything went well . They even have safe deposit boxes available if you set up a checking account.

We opened a business checking account. Now when our employees cash their checks at Comerica (and don't have an account), Comerica charges them $7.00 each and every time. Their policy on fees is "If we (Comerica) didn't make a mistake, the fee applies."
