Called the front desk and the man on 10/06 @ 1:11am was extremely hostile and rude. He refused to give me the manager’s email address & told me he was not willing to help me in any way. This is the worst customer service I have ever received for an employee to say they refuse to give me their managers email is absolutely appalling. Please get better staff who knows what hospitality is.

Was on a business trip and was not sure about staying here when I first walked thru the door it was really clean and the lady at the desk was helpful and had me in my room in no time. The room itself was laid out really nice and the sheets on the bed had a new feeling. Cold ac was a big plus!! All in all I was pleasantly surprised! Will not hesitate to stay there again.
Rooms: They are big, easy to move around.
Safety: I see cameras and lights outside that makes me feel better about my car.

Kara was super helpful and sweet. Made sure we were good on everything. Even though the breakfast was a small choices can't go wrong with a warm texas waffle. Room was nice and cold to satisfy my inner polar bear. Overall good stay will come back.

Central location for eateries. Very clean. Basic breakfast. There was not anything hot but it was filling. Kara at the front desk was very nice. Small cute pool. I would recommend if you're on a budget. The only complain I have is the AC got loud at times but it worked very well because I got cold.

Very nice hotel. I always stay here when in Houston. It is near everything on Westheimer. The staff, especially Kara are very helpful and nice.
Rooms: Comfortable beds with microwave and fridge
Walkability: Near the bus stop if needed.

Crystal is Amazing. She should be running this place. Everybody else sucks. Jack is the most narcissistic and lazy individual I've encountered in all of my lodging experience.
He refused me entrance to the hotel on multiple occasions despite knowing exactly who I am by face and name as well as my room number and Preference to me. It entry to the hotel I have paid for as opposed to being denied like he so rudely has done to me several occasions. Jack Made my stay difficult and show ZERO hospitality. Or people skills. He was not friendly and made everything hard and Unenjoyable for the entire duration of my week long day. Each day I dreaded him coming to work. Because I knew he would at a terrible evening if I had to encounter him. Or be forced to have an interaction simply? Because I arrived at the hotel and the only way in after hours is through the front door Where I have to beg him to let me in
Safety: Homeless people everywhere
Food and drinks: You cannot even charge food and beverages in the snack area to your room.
Noteworthy details: Not worth the money. I'd recommend staying anywhere else if you're going to pay this much, then you would enjoy You're saying get your month's worth anywhere else but here.
