At last minute, I needed a storage unit for an apartment move. My new apt was across the street from Morningstar so I stopped in without an appointment. I met manager Ashanti and even though she was in a video call meeting she quickly asked me what I was looking for and took me to see an available unit. She had what I wanted and we made a quick deal. I went the next day to get the unit and set up my account with Daysia. (Sorry if I am misspelling your names). Daysia got me and my partner set up walked us to the unit and gave us a quick rundown of the rules and procedures. We put stuff in that unit right away. Morningstar and their staff helped us out in an emergency and are an awesome storage facility.

James is a one star coward. He kicked me out because I called him out on pocketing money and not handling the amenities. I been paying 1300 for over 3 years on a unit that cost 252 each month. They always give you a run around and come up with any excuse, Steph, if you are reading this you are such a sweet girl, this place is trash, my best advice is to go somewhere where they value you and their customers!

Had a great experience with Morningstar on Eldridge! Being able to drive right in to load/unload in a covered location was fantastic! The facility is clean and help was easy to find, renting the unit was a breeze. They have a moving truck on offer as well.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Excellent facility, equipment and use of the building materials. Elevators are clean and staff is always cleaning up for safety and availability is good.

I found this facility online and was the first one I visited to search for a suitable place to store our entire household while we were posted overseas. The manager, Ashanti Powell was extremely helpful and showed us all the security features of the place. I was also very pleased to learn that they have backup power generators. I did not look any further.
On the day of the move, Ashanti was on site to ensure smooth move in. We had 2 trucks and she had trolleys readily available. She even bought out water for our movers. They too had never seen such courtesy.
I am at peace know my household will be safe and secure.

We had a truly great experience with Morningstar Storage on Elridge Parkway, Houston, TX. From start to finish, the entire process was handled smoothly and efficiently. Ashanti was not only professional but also very nice, helpful, and welcoming, which made everything much easier.
I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed storage

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Exceptional Service & Facility!
I cannot say enough good things about this storage facility and its incredible property manager Ashanti. From the moment my mother and I walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile and genuine professionalism. She goes above and beyond for every customer— (when we arrived she was dealing with a less than happy client but patiently answered their questions and showed compassion)
She offered clear guidance, and made sure the entire process was stress-free.
The facility itself is spotless, well-lit, and secure. You can tell they truly care about maintaining a safe and clean environment for everyone’s belongings. The units are easy to access, the grounds are well-kept, and the security measures are seen.
What really sets this place apart is the personal touch. Ashanti treats every customer like family and takes pride in making sure their needs are met. It’s rare to find this level of care and professionalism in any business, Today she was out here in the blazing heat handing out cold waters and fresh popcorn—total lifesaver. Even my mother’s movers were impressed.

Friendly service and easy to set up. Packages accepted by facilities and put in the unit if requested. Free moving van for 50 miles and 4 hours. Large moving truck. Clean facilities. Lots of security monitors for safety of the site. This place also has free use flat bed carts and dolly's. The units are nice and they have auto pay.
