I love this branch. The lady in the front desk is super helpful and always goes the extra mile to help. I am so happy my business is working with a bank who has employees that treat customers like they are valued. Just like good old days. This is how banking should be in today's robots and automation age.

Michael Trejo was recommended to me by a coworker who had done several loans through his mentor. Michael was immediately responsive and detailed with his information about our first land loan and OTC loan. My husband and i have been in the mortgage business for a while but we do not offer these products so we were basically 1st time buyers and Michael made it so simple. From start to finish he was reliable and although I am a very impatient and analytical person, he always knew how to answer my questions quickly and as detailed as possible. I have since sent Michael 10-15 referrals. I would recommend you give him a call for any of your construction loan needs 10 STARS ⭐️

My wife and I were extremely happy with choosing Michael Trejo as our loan officer. He did an excellent job explaining a difficult construction loan program to us every step of the way. The mortgage process is never fun and at times can be stressful, but Michael eased our minds during those times. I will be referring all my friends and family to Michael Trejo that are looking to finance their mortgage loan. 10/5 stars!!

Worked with Jon Beverly who ended up being extremely rude and didn't seem like he wanted new business for the bank. Other bankers at CommunityBank of Texas were friendly but for some reason Jon was just plain rude and I don't want to assume why.

The new people are not like the old ones. Opens late to be in a building full of businesses. Customer service lacks.

They are promising you a loan and after 4 months they decided to decline.
