Concentra is always so efficient and very helpful. I can tell Syed cares about her patients because her service was top-notch, and the communication always exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend coming to this location for all the services you need.

A sleep test is not mandatory from DOT. Yet the Dr. at the facility pushed this narrative gave me 45 days to get a second opinion yet it only to 3days to go get evaluated by PCP and Concentra would not accept my Dr. Evaluation. So refused to provide me with a 2 yr medical card. Hey no sweat off my back I just turned down the job as a result. What GOD has for me will be. Don't fall for the you need a sleep test. Unless you do fall under sleep apnea criteria. Google lawsuit against concentra. This is a scam. Stay away from concentra.

Was sent here for a work injury... After a few follow ups, my symptoms from the injury weren't going away, and new nerve related symptoms arose. I was told it was just from inflammation... told that ice doesn't help with inflammation, so I need to stop icing my foot (which I did try- the swelling, burning, throbbing pins and needles was AWFUL), and was also laughed at when I asked for the reasoning as to why Ice doesn't help inflammation. Reported them to HR, am now seeing an orthopedic who cares about her patients outcome. With her, I got to actually see my X-ray for the first time, and got a nerve block injection to help with CRPS-type symptoms.If you want actual care.. don't come here unless you're forced to.

Omg.. The gentleman at the front desk who helped me check in/ register is a true gem to the company! Immaculate and professional customer service skills! 20 minute visit tops!

Great staff at all 3 facilities I visited that day. My only complaint is I had to go to 3 different sites due to items not being available and no one answers the phone. I do understand that it’s understaffed in a lot of healthcare facilities so we can only do the best we can.
