I went there because my employer sent me, to do a physical and get some drug testing done. The collection of hair and urine was fine. Now the "dr Smith" , he made me feel so uncomfortable. He asked me irrelevant personal questions about if i like sports referring to a shirt that had a mexican flag on it. He referred to me as " friend" as in, " how are you friend" and " turn this way friend " I am not his friend. Respectfully, treat your patients/ customers as you would like to be treated. Keep it professional as to not make anyone feel uncomfortable. Bedside manners matter . Thank you

Dr Smith is thourough, Knowledgeable, listens to learn, research and resource oriented and he puts patients first. He is a voice and advocate for what is in the highest and best interest for his patients. He is commited to treating the "whole patient" and his professionalism, work ethic and positive core values are reflected in the staff and the clinic which is clean, organized and operates exceptionally well under his direction.Dr. Smith is the one of the best Doctors I have had!! 5 ?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?????

My check-in experience was THE WORST. It shouldn't be this hard to be seen after going to Concentra many times.I had to visit 2 times before I could get in.Treatment went fine as did my follow-up appointment.

Great experience, the nurses were very helpful. They made the check in process very easy and understanding. The doctor was outstanding; very professional, we connected on a personal level. I would recommend that anyone who needs help come here to be seen. They will take care of you.

They were short handed and still front desk lady took time to help me to get started the nurse in back made easy and fast and the doctor was awesome too thank you guys your the best.
