Got sent there by the city for an employment drug test checked in did the website checked in and waited 1hour and 10 minutes just to pee in a cup, I did ask the front desk if there was anything missing and they did say nothing someone will be calling for you shortly then another 35 minutes wait, i was about to walk out then they call me after they had their gossip chat. very unprofessional.

Nice facility except for the testing restroom. The super strong smell of urine had me in shocked I wasn’t expecting that. Horrible horrible smell of grown men urine. I’ve never smelled anything like it. I would never sit on those toilets. Totally disgusting. Other than that it was a great experience. The customer service is 10/10.

My results were back the day before I needed them, Dr. Douglas Peters did not complete my papers until the end of business the next day which led to me having to start the next week. I am updating my review as everyone outside of the physician was wonderful in every way.

I dont know who these people think they are, but it’s one lady in there with black curly hair, glasses, fair skinned, could be Spanish could be white but this lady thought she was the medical review examiner herself instead of doing her job and collecting this damn pee she wanted to give me the worlds hardest time & she cost me the job. None of these folks are certified to be working here.

The three biggest things I look for at a medical facility are how welcoming/helpful the staff members are, the cleanliness of the facility and the competence of the medical recommendations. The staff was nice, the place was clean however a huge downfall on the medical advice. I was given medication I didn’t need and my chief complaint was never addressed. I still had to self medicate which meant the facility was obsolete to use for medical assistance. I am not sure I’d return by being afraid an even bigger oversight might happen next time.

Went in for a urinalysis and the water fountains were out of order. No water bottles offered or present either.

I had a great experience at this Concentra site. The process was easy the ladies behind the desk and working in the back were wonderful and extremely helpful. It was quick and painless and I would recommend this location to everyone.

These ladies were so courteous, respectful and hospitable that I didn’t want to leave. Such a pleasant, great atmosphere of professionalism exhibited there. Should be the prime model of all health care facilities.
