If I could give this company a 1/4 star I would. Please understand when dealing with a terrible company this is the best way to properly address an issue. My gf purchased a bed frame from this location. The bed frame was delivered and broke after 1 month the extended or coverage warranty was purchased with it. So naturally when it broke we followed all the appropriate protocols in getting a warranty service completed. Well 1 and a half months have passed through the process and we are still without a fixed bed frame. This company has the worst service in the business. I honestly think it's time to file suit in small claims court. Which will be the next step we have emails, call logs, and etc... 2k on fake wood.
