This store gets the award for “The worst customer service” and “Con Artist’s of the year” I ordered a fridge and a 5 piece couch set to be delivered on Saturday 02/17/24 as you can see it’s the 23rd of March and I still don’t have my fridge or couches… the delivery was garbage they wouldn’t deliver my stuff because I was mopping the floor. And when we would reschedule the delivery the first time they damaged our fridge, and the straw that broke our backs was we agreed to take the floor model fridge. 2 days after that they sold it…Hands down the worst shopping experience me and my fiancé have ever experienced, and to make matters worse, I called the store to let them know what was goin on and that I was on my way to the store now to speak to the manager and express my concerns the Manager “JD” was rude and wouldn’t even hear me out, when I tried explaining the situation he would cut me off and speak over me .. I originally went there to talk about the issue we were having but instead the manager put on his therapist cap on and started to tell me about the type of person I am, as if he even know anything about me. I’m a customer taking about a product and this fraud (conn’s) manager wants to focus on Me for whatever reason, and in the same breath he even compared me to his children. Mind you I haven’t disrespected this person. I get the feeling that this manager isn’t capable to handle his position, he would get emotional when I ask a question, he was talking to me like a know-it-all, egotistical Manager who always thinks he’s right. Safe to say I will NEVER shop at conns again or recommend anybody to this establishment. All trust lost! Nothing personal just business and y’all’s business WILL go down hill with managers like ”JD” that treat their customers like they are the problems and don’t know how to take accountability for the company.

Salesman Thomas was very polite, explained and answered all my questions, walked with me showed me the furniture (sofas) I was interested in, did numbers showing me prices, that's why I made up my mind to buy.

Staff was helpful, friendly and professional. We went there based on what they showed online, and it wasn't there. That was a little disappointing, but our experience with the staff was great.

They don't have the things they sell in the store, you have to pay for delivery. Or go lift at a winery that is super far from the place!! Bad experience!!!

Update it’s been a week and conns hasn’t replaced my broke fridge nor have they contacted me and the only individual helping is the store manager Ray !A Frustrating Experience with ConsI recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Cons while attempting to purchase a refrigerator. The delivery, handled by Ledesma and their driver Danny Gonzalez, was marred by incompetence and unprofessionalism. The delivery team not only failed to properly install the refrigerator but also attempted to unscrew my front door without consent, a clear breach of privacy.The situation worsened when a key part of the refrigerator fell, a mistake attributed to the moving company’s negligence. Despite this, they proceeded with the assembly and refused to take responsibility for the damaged appliance, leaving me with a broken refrigerator. Attempts to resolve the issue with Cons have been futile, as I’ve faced obstacles in reaching corporate due to a language barrier with their Philippines-based cost center.While the efforts of manager Ray and sales rep Del are acknowledged, the lack of progress is disheartening. Despite being a long-time customer of Cons, this experience has soured my opinion, and I’ve decided to part ways with the company. Even the offer to return the defective refrigerator comes with an unjust restocking fee, adding insult to injury.This ordeal has not only left me without a functional appliance but has also showcased a severe lapse in customer service. I am determined to escalate the matter to corporate and hold both Cons and Ledesma accountable for their subpar service. As a once-loyal customer, I can no longer recommend Cons and caution potential customers to reconsider their choices based on my harrowing experience.

AM VERY DISSAPPOINTED WITH CONNS I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR PARTS OF MY ORDER SINCE NOVEMBER 15 2023 UNFORTUNATELY THEY SOLD THE BED TO ME ON EMMPTY WORDS THEY DIDNT HAVE THE BED IN THEY WEREHOUSE AND THEY DIDNT TELL ME THAT, I HAVE BE WAITING FOR THOSE PARTS OF MY ORDER SINCE THEN,THEY TOLD ME BY THE END OF THIS MONTH MAYBE, THEY WILL DELIVER THE REMAINING PATS OF MY ORDER, AM VERY DISAPPOINTED, AND THE BAD THING THEY DONT WANT ME TO SWITCH TO GET ANOTHER BED SET. WHICH IS VERY UNFORTUNATELY BECOUSE IS THEIR FAULT.

As my first time experience at Conns as soon as I walked in Mr. Akeem greet me very nice. He helped me with all my questions he walked me through all the process & now I am so happy I was able to get the perfect furniture to my new home. Thank you so much. If yall need to get new furniture or any electronic anything for your house go and ask for Mr Akeem he will be very helpful and you will go home happy and satisfied.
