Thy brought in a new manager over 20 years experience. Nice guy. The employees are friendly there attention to detail is superior to all the other car wash I've been to.

DO NOT COME HERE. Came in with a small request to clean my interior. Said they would wash it as well so i said sure. Came out to a scratch on my BMW and interior was not cleaned. I'll survive though, I'm certain their business won't.

Damn this place has went to crap! What the hell happened? The staff walk up for a car wash like they are doing you a minor favor to clean your car! I'll start having a individual clean it not some worthless company!

This place is 2 minutes from my house do I thought I'd give it a shot. They have tons of options so make sure you read through all them ahead of time so you don't feel rushed when you pull in. They have a bunch of workers here but oddly it seems to take longer than it should to wash the cars. When I got my car back it was technically clean but didn't give off the pristine looks you expect for the price. I'll definitely be driving a bit farther to get that "new car look/smell" I'm used to ended up with.

Correspond with my car. When they did Mark will change they did not do it properly and oil is dripping out of my car on my ride all the way to the other side of town. My engine is now blown out and it's all their fault. Do not come here if you value your car. They are very unprofessional

They are so quick and have good customer service whether it's for an inspection, oil change, or car wash. They also include a free wash with the inspection.

Prices have gone up everywhere but Larry advised me of a promo in the gold monthly unlimited wash plan $37.50 then $50/month when a single gold inside and out wash costs $30. Larry handled the inside cleaning to be sure they got the dog hair. Great service and a very good wash.

State inspection prices are fixed so you'd think there's no reason to shop around. I beg to differ. Car Spa gives you a free automatic wash with the inspection, so you drive away with a clean bill of health (inspection) and literally clean exterior!

More people sitting than working. When I arrived they had a wave of 3 cars at the same time. One of the guys had to ask the people standing around to come and help with the vacuuming. They didn't respond at first and continued their conversation. When my vehicle finished with the wash, only one guy went to wipe it until the manager asked the other guy on the phone to go help. There were a total of 5-8 ppl working so the process could have moved much quicker if they were all working. The car is okay overall. Nothing bad, nothing overly clean. I'm thankful to get it cleaned but would encourage better initiative from the team working at this location.

Super easy in and out experience for the $12 car wash; gentlemen sprayed and brushed down my truck nicely before hitting the wash. Good value for $12; will be back.

The machine cracked my mirror during a wash and management quickly took responsibility, apologized, repaired my car and gave me a complimentary wash. Great business ethics and service.
