Not open 24 hours. Please note, if you happen to walk here like I did late at night, it is unlikely they will serve you. No indication of when they will reopen and met with scum/nasty attitude from staff when security got them to open the door.

I came to this location yesterday to purchase some items l need Sunday 29/12/2024 around 5:30pm, after get what l need l remember to get one more item add it to what l already have then l.ask if they they have it, and the a lady respond back to me sound very rude and screaming at me without no reason then l ask why do you give me attitude l do nothing wrong but she never listen to me she continue screaming loud at me l feel soo very bad 😢 l cannot even purchase any item again this a totally wrong this particular lady should not be working in register or anything relating as a customer service

Liz was EXTREMELY RUDE to me after a simple question i had. She was so hostile from the beginning that i started to just walk out but i notice her voice got louder and she kept saying THAT IS MY POLICY THAT IS MY POLICY IN MY STORE… and i have never even said anything to her at all so i turned around and ask why she had an attitude with me and that i dont even know her or done anything to her and it was my first time at that store. She just kept going back and forth with me still yelling…Super unprofessional.

Today I was in this store to put gas and buy a coffee as usual in other CIrcle K stores and the lady who is serving there is inconsiderate and disrespectful, she treated badly the customer who was before me and when I got my shift it occurred to me to ask her about the bathroom key and she became aggressive, I guess that person, in addition to not being trained to serve customers, must have some disorder... I'm sorry because Circle K is my favorite store, the one I see every day in other locations for my Uber job. I would never recommend this store since one night ago something similar happened to me but with a Mr. Moreno who was in charge.

This is usually my go-to gas station though it is rough around the edges in every way. Manager, you might as well address this review because you haven’t seen commitment when I say I will show up daily until the cashier who mocked me blatantly and was rude blatantly is fired. Her stank attitude matches the lack of cleanliness in general ? went across the block and had a 10/10 experience at the Shell down the block

Wish I could rate the service 0 stars. I was enjoying my Friday evening until i stopped here for gas and the employee was being as rude as possibly can be. Dana had a nasty attitude and was on the phone the entire time I was checking out. I understand everyone has bad days and what not but do not go around spreading the negative energy to others. BEWARE OF DANA!!!

This HAS to be the worst Circle k in the area. If you’re homeless do not come here because the store manager will discriminate against you. Have a question? Well get ready to be escorted out by security that is really just there to fight for the workers. They really hired security to defend whatever the employees loud mouth want to say. They either need to completely rehire everyone in the store, or just close it down. Store always sloppy, assistant manager screaming, employees are very rude. Quite literally go to any other gas station and save yourself a massive headache. Im warning you before you go! As a native houstonian I can tell you that it doesn’t get worse than this. Trifling and sloppy.

Employees are rude and not helpful. I am a loyal customer that purchases with foodstamps and buys tabacoo and lottery merchandise. I go in the store with my toddler child to use the public restroom as a customer I'm told one day go ahead then the following day the restrooms are being renovated. Again I don't not see any container outside the building for supply to renovate. Go in again the following day buy merchandise and again told no my daughter can not use the restroom. The employees allow customers only when they please. We are not the homeless we DO NOT destroy public property to be told no. If that's the case there needs to be a SIGN THAT SAYS "NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS". This is unprofessional of the employees and company. I used to work for a MULTI-BILLION COMPANY and not once every treated customers in such away. To be told no we can not get rid of the toxic liquids called URINE out of our body in the toilet and not on the walls or floor.
