This HAS to be the worst Circle k in the area. If you’re homeless do not come here because the store manager will discriminate against you. Have a question? Well get ready to be escorted out by security that is really just there to fight for the workers. They really hired security to defend whatever the employees loud mouth want to say. They either need to completely rehire everyone in the store, or just close it down. Store always sloppy, assistant manager screaming, employees are very rude. Quite literally go to any other gas station and save yourself a massive headache. Im warning you before you go! As a native houstonian I can tell you that it doesn’t get worse than this. Trifling and sloppy.

Employees are rude and not helpful. I am a loyal customer that purchases with foodstamps and buys tabacoo and lottery merchandise. I go in the store with my toddler child to use the public restroom as a customer I'm told one day go ahead then the following day the restrooms are being renovated. Again I don't not see any container outside the building for supply to renovate. Go in again the following day buy merchandise and again told no my daughter can not use the restroom. The employees allow customers only when they please. We are not the homeless we DO NOT destroy public property to be told no. If that's the case there needs to be a SIGN THAT SAYS "NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS". This is unprofessional of the employees and company. I used to work for a MULTI-BILLION COMPANY and not once every treated customers in such away. To be told no we can not get rid of the toxic liquids called URINE out of our body in the toilet and not on the walls or floor.

Title: Terrible Customer Service Experience with Assistant Manager WhitneyI recently had a profoundly disappointing customer service experience at Circle C, and it was all thanks to Assistant Manager Whitney. It's clear that Circle C hires anyone to be a manager, regardless of their ability to provide quality service.From the moment I approached Whitney for assistance, it was evident that she lacked the basic skills required for her role. She was dismissive and unhelpful, showing no interest in addressing my concerns. It felt like she couldn't be bothered to do her job properly.Furthermore, Whitney's attitude was extremely unprofessional. She displayed a complete lack of empathy and patience, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Her communication was abrasive and disrespectful, leaving me both frustrated and disheartened.In addition to her poor demeanor, Whitney's knowledge of store policies and products was shockingly inadequate. She struggled to answer basic questions, leaving me to wonder how she could possibly serve as an assistant manager.This experience has left a lasting negative impression of Circle C, and I strongly urge the company to reconsider their hiring practices. Assistant Manager Whitney's incompetence and lack of customer service skills are a disservice to both customers and the reputation of the store. My hope is that Circle C takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the customer experience by ensuring that their managers are competent and customer-focused.

The card reader does not work, had to yell or be yelled at to go back in because the card reader acts weird and doesn’t go through, even though it already said “approved, thank you“Staff are so unbothered by a long line of people and keep dumb conversations with their friends going for minutes while you are trying to do your business and leave.This is the closest gas station to my work, but I’ll plan my day in a way that I wouldn’t need to go there ever again!

The white old Lady from the cashier was very rude I didn’t knew the sanitizer was on sale and they didn’t put the sticker so I thought it was for employees and customers and the lady was very rude she needs to learn how to be nice with people

Robin has an attitude every time I go in there she wears the "I'm vaccinated mask" I'm I in this store basically everyday and she always checks my ID for alcohol even after the scan

Normally everything is fine here but today, a new cashier over charged me for two hotdogs and a large soda. $6.50 for that?!If that's what they are actually charging for two dogs and a coke, I will take my money elsewhere.

This is, by far, the WORST Circle K. Every time I come it's completely packed, the bathrooms are closed after 6:00 p.m. every single day, they are all several fountain drinks. Not to mention, it's perpetually filthy.
