Employee lie to customers and put a sign up saying the restroom is temporary out of service they always have the sighn up to keep customers from using the restroom

cashier up there rude as hell act like he dont know how to answer questions & i asked him to scan my app & he snatched my phone out my hand & i told him he didnt have to do all that. he could’ve grabbed the scanner & scanned my app like every other worker does
