Went to Circle K today on Bissonnet and want to get me a snack and put gas in my car when to use the Circle K gift card which said you can use it daily until expires and the employees telling me I can't use it since I used it once before he then he tells me I can't use it because I didn't tell him anything about it when I was trying to hand it to him before he finished the transaction then he tells me I just can't use it I have to use it next time instead of allowing me to use my card which is supposed to be used daily

I've never been assaulted ever in my life but I've never looked the way I have until December of last year when I became paralyzed I went into the store today got dropped off by a Lyft driver to get close to a bus line I went in was going to buy me a soda as I wait for my mom to pick me up I seen a deliverer of beer have a stack of cardboard boxes perfect for scratch to make a scratch pad for my cats I asked him if he was throwing them away he gave them to me I called my mother as I was in line asked her if she wanted a soda for when she got there to pick me up so I bought the two. I walked out with my soda to wait for my mom and the boxes cardboard boxes the manager came out I said I couldn't do that there and shoo me away like a dog I was like what are you talking about I said I can't do what he waved his hand insultingly like to shut me up I wanted a response he ignore me I said I'm waiting on my ride I'm a customer I just bought sodas what are you talking about what do you I tried to stop him to explain I'm a customer I come all the time almost every day of the week and he didn't give a rat ass I call my mom to let her know what just happened my mom said he must have thought I was homeless. Or I was going to back for money. I've never been treated that way I just bought my soda a minute before this incident and I was still waiting on my mom to get her but he had the nerve to tell me to get away from the store I've never made a complaint on anybody people like this don't need to be around doing a customer service you don't know what anybody has been through or why they look the way they look I'm just was happy not being paralyzed able to use my hands and feet again no I don't brush my at times someone told me I look like the girl on the movie The Ring but it's because I had six operations it's hard to hold my head up straight also to brush my long hair is very big task for me to do but I didn't think the way I look I should get treated you that way it was totally inhuman I I just wanted an apology the manager didn't even say I'm sorry he was the manager or the person in charge of the store that's sad he's Indian ethnic didn't get his name but he just has been the new manager . Customer service is very important. Next time you see somebody standing outside if he should call him a cab or is there anything I can do to help if they're stranded not assuming everybody's going to panhandle that stands outside the door... One more thing anyone that provides your own cup should be allowed to get ice and water and it's hot circumstances in Texas without being charged for it but every store should have a courtesy cup for those that need water I've seen the store turn away people thirsty and sweaty not even a swig of water will they give or I said they have a cup it's too hot people need to care again

3rd time we have came to this 24 HOUR STORE and no one is here. Doors locked. No one at window service. During the day the lady is constantly walking around and even out of the store while the line just gets longer and longer then proceeds to go in back office as if she couldn’t care less the only reason I return now is to catch the nice young man that works the evenings/night shift. He always has a smile and great attentive service.

I just stopped at this store to pay for a 6 beer for 10 dollars, the manager on this shift 6:30 01/25/2024 pm told me that they don't have change for a 100 dollar bill, he told me that they are not a bank and that I had to spend more money, I told him I didn't have change and he told me he can't sell me, I told him give me 10 extra dollars for gas, I told him it's not fair to pay more for something I don't want just for change and he told me no. He was going to sell me nothing and never return everything was in cameras. I got angry and told him that I am a constant customer, why does he do that and he started attacking me with bad words. This is the first time I have seen this person. The Chinese people who are there are always friendly, but this person is not. I hope and fix this, and he said he is the manager when I told him I'm gonna contact the manager. What can a manager is this person!!!!!

One of my ft circle k's I have one closer to my house but I go to this location instead. The store is well kept and the staff is helpful and friendly. I use the easy pay card that saves me 10 cents a gallon and it is linked to my bank account. When I am paying cash I use the circle k fuel card which also saves 10 cents a gallon. Try either option to save a little on your gas bill.

Lady that works at midnight hides in the freezer every time, she’s so lazy she just let’s customers walk away just so she won’t have to tend to them. Such horrible customer service. Literally waited 10 mins for her to come to the window
