Went in @ 9:37pm to get some drinks and my 6yrs old daughter had to go potty guy working said bathrooms are closed at night. Like a 6yr old can hold her pee.

Northpark and 59 Circle K is my store. My name is Brandon Cole and I’ve been living here for over six years now. And I have a complaint to me. I’m giving the store five stars but this new guy KAHN I showed up tonight to buy two Red Bulls all I had was a bag of change because I’m hurting for money right now and when I get to the counter, he tells me next time have your shit together meaning have all the money together for what it’s gonna cost like I know what it’s gonna cost before I even buy it !!
he was extremely rude. The Customer behind me felt really bad for me and offered to pay for my eight dollars for two Red Bulls and I told him no that’s fine. I appreciate it brother thank you though, but he saw how rude he was being to me, and I told him I would talk to his managers tomorrow about him because All the managers all the customers know me no one has had any problems with me, but this guy has been nothing but rude ever since he started there !!
to put it lightly KAHN needs to find a job somewhere else he’s slow. He’s lazy. He doesn’t know how to find cigarettes. He doesn’t know anything about cigarettes. He makes everything like it’s the end of the world if he’s gotta do something, he is just not fit for the position so I highly suggest that you find somebody to replace him and let him go if possible because y’all can do way better he deserves to be at an Indian store where they can deal with them, but he don’t need to be dealing with rich Kingwood people, especially with his attitude he has

Went to run a few lotto slips this morning, I noticed when the young man handed me my tickets that he was over charging me. He did give me the charge I thought it should be. When I got home I counted my ltto tickets and realized he still got me for five dollars! To be continued as I'm heading back now we'll see.
Ok I went back today 10/28/2024 I spoke to the manager Named King and he gave me $5. I really appreciate him 🙏! Lord knows I can't afford to lose money. Thank you King.

Thing says 2.89 but we’re being charged 3.09 this is false advertising and very misleading of course people will pay for it because we need gas. Please put the correct prices so we have the option to choose!

Both cashiers are rude and would not honor price on tag. He stated they forgot to change the price. I asked if he could honor price that shows on tag he said no.

6-5-25, 1245 am. Worker blocked the door to smoke a cigarette (had a crazy night she said) minutes later let me in and wasn't at the register (wiping something another 5 minutes and ignored me) so frkn wierd

Car wash left soap on my vehicle and went out of service. I tried to ask for a refund since I had to go find another car wash to wash off the soap and they said there was nothing they can do about it. Very unethical.

I've developed the habit of always going to a circle. K when I go to a gas station /convenience store. I never cared much for what gas station I wound up at as I came from a small town in Illinois where I live most of my life and you went to the one that was closest to you because the others were significantly further. However, I moved to Houston metropolitan area about 3 years ago and that is not the truth around here where any given time. I have four five different gas stations to choose so I'm better all pretty much equally close to me. I'm a creature, a habit and lake knowing what to expect so I wound up with this routine. It also happens to be one of the closest to my home as well as the gas stations around this area that have the cheapest gas almost all the time. So I went a little further and I got like a subscription to the sip and save for the fountain drinks that I stopped every day and get one of as well as I have one of their gas cards that saves me 10 cents a gallon every time I use it. And I am a courier for a living so I buy a lot of gas so it makes sense to go to the cheapest place. That's what brings me around to this today. I paid the lowest amount. I've probably paid for gas in the last 15 years or so since the recession of 2008 at least maybe since 9/11. And I thought that was absolutely worth a rating for them on my part today. $1.82/gal!!! I have proof!
